My family ate on the rooftop during July 2013.  The waiter was funny, friendly and helpful with their selection of beers. I loved the Evolution Ale and their IPA. I wish I had a brew pub as cool as this in my city.

FOOD! That is what we wanted after completing a grueling 12+ mile and 28+ obstacle race in the lovely mountains of Utah. That and beer but FOOD was number on our list. I ordered the bison burger with sweet potato fries as well as chile con queso for an appetizer. I swear we could have licked the bowl clean as the queso and fresh chips were either really good or we were really hungry. I think I may have left a fry or two as my stomach was about to burst! The bison burger, I swear that is some good eats right there. Moist and lean. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Everything was delicious! Oh and the beer selection. I am not a huge beer drinker but they have samples you can try for $2.25 each and you can only get two at a time. The apricot beer was a big hit at the table as well as their house beer, which I cannot spell but was good. Again I am not a beer drinker so you know it had to be good! I will definitely check this place out again when I come back to visit for my next race!

Nice outside patio.  Food is average.  I have never had anything mind blowing.  Beer is good.  Always seems busy so service can be hit or miss.  I rather go to Red Rock.

GREAT burger but I was a little annoyed over the fact that it literally only comes as meat and bun... All toppings can be added for 50 cents, but all around everyone in my party enjoyed the food. The service was decent but a few of the employees seemed annoyed and seemed like they really didn't want to be there

This is as local as you can get!  We liked all the homemade brews, the bartender was very knowledgable & gave great info for us out-of-towners. If your bar hopping along Main, go here, try the brews & an appetizer. PS: They 4-6pm Happy Hour.

Fantastic! I would absolutely go back here in a heartbeat or recommend it to friends that are visiting the area.  Now I'm not a beer drinker, so I can only comment on that from the experience of those with me who enjoyed a few flights of different beers. They were about a 50/50 split on the one's they enjoyed and the one's that were so so.

The reason I'm so happy with it is that the menu easily met the needs of our burger seeking friends and our more "I need veggies" tummies. I had the Black Bean Veggie burger and it was awesome!! Not a frozen veggie patty, but an actual burger made there with quinoa and then served up with a great spicy spread.

Once again I had sweet potato fries and they did not disappoint either. Other folks in the group had their black bean and quinoa salad giving it great reviews.  Overall we were a satisfied group!

Riddle me this..... how does the bar keep not know anything about the beer brewed on the premises including how many barrel system is behind him?

We sat at the bar and had a couple beers. Couldn't get any info out of bar tender - I was curious, he knew nothing. Won't be back, can bet better beer in better atmosphere. Disappointing!

(Jan 2013) It was nice to stop off here on a chilly day of window shopping. The setup was nice, typical of a microbrew (they brew on site) and the bartender awesome. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the beer, likely because my boyfriend makes his own awesome brew, but it was cozy nonetheless. I say stop in if you're a fan of local microbrews and try all thy have to offer and you may find a favorite.

Got the veggie burger, made with red quinoa and enjoyed every bite! So delicious! It was one of the only restaurants open late on a Friday night, and getting a light beer to accommodate our meal was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place if in PC!

    Beer Stop 15
    --

I really wanted to like this place. Wasatch is the only brewery in the area - so it seems to have the "it" factor.

If only the beer was good! Everything was middle of the line at best. The beer was bland and uninspiring.

Nice place to duck into at the top of the "strip"..when i say strip I mean...entire street of over priced "park city" food joints and shops.  This place was a pleasant surprise with fairly reasonable food prices and def good drink prices.  The $9 chips and saIsa should prb be about 6... had a ball trying the $2 beers two at a time (the limit).  Sheesh....get with the times Utah...

Great food, and great for large groups.

My company came in with 9, and had no reservation. They were busy, yet they were able to seat us in less than 15 minutes.

Food is good, and the tables have paper over them and they provide you with crayons, which is good for kids, and adults who want to act like one...

Interesting decor, decent food, and a great selection of beers. We were a bit disappointed that they ran out of the Nitro Polygamy Porter on tap, but I guess we'll just have to go back and see if they have it next time. They offer tasters so we were able to try most of the beers on tap. As for the food, we ordered the boneless fried chicken with mango-honey-Tabasco sauce, served with both regular fries and sweet potato fries. The fried chicken was good (nothing spectacular), but the mango-honey-Tabasco sauce was one-dimensional. It tasted sweet, but it ended there. There were no other flavors or depth to the sauce. We ended up asking for some BBQ sauce to go with the chicken. I'm a huge fan of mango, but this thin sauce (both in taste and texture) left me disappointed. The fries were okay, too.

I'll definitely be coming back, but more for the beers than the food.

Another business dedicated to removing as much from your pocket for as little as possible...

No atmosphere, no owners, ridiculous wait for a beer, fish tacos...seriously?  Those wiondows on the second floor are filthy and the lights shine in your eyes...The hamburgers looked pretty good,  service was friendly but slow...with four guys hanging on the bar I finally got up and got my own drinks.

Just so typical...not sure how people who own businesses like this look in the morror...their lives must be so shallow.

We showed up here at almost 10pm on a Friday and they sat our group of 7 right away.  It was choc full of bros in flannels likely still there from apres ski time...minimum three flannel shirts per table, maximum one female per two tables (it was in no way a dive, but I'm just trying to paint a picture of the scene).

The beer was good, but the food was just bad.  My boyfriend and I both ordered the buffalo burger, but when you put them next to each other, it looked like we ordered two different items (and they tasted like two different items, too).  Mine was pink and juicy, his was pretty dry and overdone.  Even the fries were not good...the consensus around the table was no one had good food (fish and chips, veggie burger, mac and cheese, another buffalo burger).

It's a brew pub, so again, I would like to point out that the beer was good!  Sorry that I did not take note of what everyone ordered...you'll have to explore the beer menu on your own.

We drove up to Park City to kill some time before checking into Snowbird.  Decided to try some samplings of Wasatch Beers for $2.00 per taster.
    Here's what we had:
    Hopalicious - Not delicious.
Nitro Polygamy Porter - Too light for my liking.
    Apricot Hefeweizen - Too girlie.
Fiesta Lager - Again too light for my liking.
We were about to give up but decided to give it one more try.
Jalapeno Cream Ale - Strong nose upfront of the jalapenos and then a slow burn at the back of your throat.  Yes, it's a little strange but it was our favorite here.  Give it a try.

I've been to wasatch a few times in the past year, and I can tell you that some of the food is quite tasty, but some other food is just inedible.  Multiple people from my table sent food back and told the waitress they should not be serving it because it was just gross, or spoiled.  There seemed to be a strange odor emanating from all of the orders with chicken.

I was served the wrong beer a few times as well and had to send it back.

Honestly - there are so many other places around, I would not recommend going here.  I would rate this higher if multiple meals at my table weren't sent back and had some sort of issue (spoiled perhaps?).

Dine at your own risk.  This means the cooks are not properly trained, and little to no quality exists.

Great place on Main Street to grab a burger and beer.

The Jalapeno beer was definitely unique. Not quite up my alley but glad I tried it. Their ales were good and the burger was just what I needed after a long day.

This pub is between a 3 1/2. We just had the red pepper hummus for an appetizer which was tasty!!! BF got a hot chocolate an I had a spicy Bloody Mary that was perfect! I also tried 2oz of the Polygamy Porter and 2oz of Fiesta. I'm not a beer girl but I enjoy trying new ones.

The nachos are delicious - get the Pulled Pork Nachos.

The environment is okay.  The Hot toddy is actually strong for Utah.. but not hot.  I asked them to reheat it for me and I felt like I was being the bad guy.  Um.. there is freaking snow outside.. I need to be warm.  At least let my "Hot Toddy" be hot instead of tepid.

The Apricot Beer is really delicious, bot strong but the flavor is amazing.  Not too sweet but not super bitter.  Perfect before out flight home to CA.

Nice place to relax and enjoy Park City - take in the sights and sounds.

Best. Mac and cheese. EVER. i always compare any mac and cheese i have now to the mac and cheese here.

i like their craft beers. i forgot most of what we tried (since i went there over a year ago) except the jalapeno beer! i appreciated their craftsmanship of their beers in such a dry area/state....

Service sucks here!  Food sucks here, especially the pizza, horrible!  But it's a brew pub, so the beer has to be good....ah no!  The most flavorless beers I've ever tasted.  Every beer on tap sucks ass!  They do have a nice location but inside is old and outdated with a dank smell and worn carpets and cheesy signage.   I'd pass and go to either No Name or The Distillery.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I came here with a group of about 30 and we did not need to be sat all together - we were actually planning on being at separate tables of 4-5 each - but I think the hostess mistook us for another group that had a reservation and sat us at a long table, after which I heard some other servers bickering at her and telling her to be sure not to seat anyone else in the section. Ooops. I saw the other group filing in shortly after us.

The service was really bad. Maybe they were overwhelmed with us (a number of us would have gladly moved if explained the situation). Or maybe they prejudged us; we were not dressed nice, as we had spent the entire day doing geology field work and did not have time to change from our field clothes to something else... maybe that was a factor?

It took a very long time to take our order. I got the fish and chips, my friend next to me got the only vegetarian option (a stir fried noodle dish), and we ordered the nachos appetizer. It took another very long stretch of time for the food to come, and when it did all the appetizers and entrees were together and the only thing that wasn't cold was the pizzas. The nachos had been sitting so long that you couldn't pick up the chips, the cheese was a congealed mess. My friend's noodles were flavorless and the vegetables very soggy. The whole process had taken so long that we just had to eat what we could, as we had to get back on the road to make our next camp site.

Even though we had asked the server for separate checks from the beginning, he did not bother to do so, resulting in everyone having to file up by the bar computer and tell him what we ordered as we paid. Some colleagues were able to drink a whole pitcher of beer while this went on.

I tasted the apricot hefeweizen and the jalapeno cream ale - both very creative and delicious. Unfortunately the beer can't make up for the terrible food and service experience.

The only thing I have to review is the macaroni and cheese, which I know is NOT what most of you Yelpers care about when coming to this pub.  So feel free to skip this review entirely...

The mac and cheese has ham and crispy onions in it, which sounded amazing but after trying it I wouldn't order it again.  The ham and onions were a nice touch, but there was more cheese on the noodles than sauce, so it ended up tasting more like a cheese noodle casserole than a mac and cheese dish.  Does that even make sense?  Well, whatever.  I prefer a creamier cheese sauce and this seemed like just melted cheese on cooked noodles.

I still ate it, but I wouldn't order it again.

The brewmasters at Wasatch are certainly some of the more creative I've had the pleasure of sampling. While the brewhouse is a must do experience for any Wasatch fan, their beers are best sampled from the bottle. Located in Park City, they just don't get the crowd to keep a healthy keg.

With that said, hit up your local Utah State Liquor store, and put together a sampler six pack. You will be glad you did.

Okay so I am not a fan of any of the beers... ::wait for tar and feathering::!!!!!!

There, I said it, but that is not why we went.  We went last year with a group of friends and I had the Man and Cheese that I still have dreams about.  Made with Vermont cheddar and some specialty ham, I have been trying to replicate it at home and have gotten close but needed to try it again to see where I was going wrong. (Not as creamy as I'd remembered).

So I went and sat down at the bar and waited for the bartender. Ordered two Mac&Cheeses and waited for 30 minutes.  Not the bartenders fault but as I waited I noticed that an elderly couple (party of 2) waited just as long for a sit-down table.  Also, with a boyfriend that's an ex-server and current bartender, I notice "hustle" and for a place right before dinner rush, nobody had any hustle.

Back to the mac. So then we got back to the house we were staying at, and... in all honesty... My mac had become better than theirs.  I think they use milk, heavy cream, or sour cream to thicken the mac so that it's creamier than mine, but in all honesty... Mine was better in the end.

They get 3 stars for the memory, but for the last experience I had, I would have given it 2 *'s. It seems to be a whole-lotta talk and no delivery.

This review is based on two visits in the last month.

Not a good as it could be.  On-Tap beers are bland and lacking proper carbonation.  Wasatch is my favorite Utah beer that I purchase in bottles.  For some reason the brew pub beers don't match up with the bottles.  The bartender did not even pour the beer properly--2 inch head of beer foam, really.  Beer should be much better since we are at Wasatch's own brew pub.

Food is mediocre.  Was better in past.  Side salads are just lettuce with a little oil.  When I asked the waiter about it, he responded with a laugh and said the beer should make up for it.  Sadly the beer didn't.  Fish and Chips are worth it.  The Fries are good, but one time they were burnt and slim portion.  Pulled pork sliders are ok nothing to praise.

I really hope they raise the standards a little better because the place could be great.

The Wasatch Brew Pub is a nice spot to stop in for a beer and bite to eat.

I would highly recommend the Fish and Chips, it was VERY good. I'm not normally a fried fish guy, but I was told to try it and was pleasantly surprised by how good this meal was.

I also tried a new locally brewed Utah beer called Devastator which was really good. You can get a 6 pack to go for less than $10 as opposed to paying $6 each for a bottle at the bar so feel free to get some to go.

As a "local," I LOVE Wasatch Brew Pub! LOVE it!

When I'm in Park City at lunchtime, it's Wasatch every time...just have to make sure it's after 12'Noon so I can get beer!

Much fun has been poked at the lame selections of Utah-made beer, particularly the potency (or lack thereof). Although I tend to agree in theory, Wasatch has some of the best beers brewed in the state. I realize this is not saying much, but still, it has to start somewhere, right? If anything, Wasatch is certainly doing an impressive job in helping to advance and elevate the rep of Utah-made beers. How can you not respect that?

Beer-wise, my favorite by far is their regular Hefeweisen. It's beautifully colored, always frosty cold, and tastes like beer commissioned by God that accidentally fell from heaven. If I'm feeling edgy, I get the Apricot Hef, or their awesome Summerbrau if it's available (seasonal). Oh, yes, I should mention that the Summerbrau (and a few others) employs an exception from the 3.2% alcohol mandate to include an additional 2.4%, rendering it almost normal to the rest of the world.

Wasatch's Fish and Chips are seriously the best I've had in Utah. The sizeable pieces of fish (I think it's Alaskan pollock) take a nice batter-y dip in the 1st Amendment Lager, so you really can taste the beer! The end result is a beautifully crispy outside, opening up to a soft, flaky, and flavorful interior. Fan-freaking-tastic! AND, they now offer Sweet Potato Fries which you can get alongside...not the very best SPF I've had, but still very worthy and nicely-spiced.

I also love their fish tacos, catfish and trout entrees. I can count on their fish, which is so much more than I can say for other places around the state. Even fish specialty restos can't seem to get the fish right, like this little brew pub does.

Wasatch offers a tre impressive Appetizer menu. If I don't order the fish, I stick with the Apps here. You cannot go wrong with their Coconut Beer Shrimp (sinful), their jack Mac & Cheese (I'm a renowned hater of traditional Mac & Cheese), or their Chicken Nachos.

The only menu item I would stay away from is the pizza. It's different. And not necessarily in a good way. I've never ordered it myself, but friends have. They would also recommend ordering something else.

In the summertime I love sitting outside on their covered patio. It's beautiful.

Wasatch beers are generally available at most grocery stores (3.2%, don't get excited), with the higher alcohol content beers sold only at selected state-owned liquor stores. But, as with all other beer, it's just not the same out of a bottle. I'll stick with getting it fresh out of the brewer's tap. Or maybe an occasional beer bong, but that's it.

I was absolutely gutted, the WBP has been a family tradition for a very long time.  It's been about 5 years since my last visit as I moved far far away, but man has it gone downhill.

Some info for American Homebrewers Association, not only do they not accept the card or give a discount, they get real suspicious for some odd reason when you ask about it.  As if you are magically going to steal their recipe for Polygamy porter by sitting in the restaurant section of their brew pub.  We think asking is what caused our waiter to go from okay to downright rude.

We asked for our typical growler to have during the meal, and the waiter left in a huff saying it wasn't normal to get the growler with your meal, so to the waiter:  Sorry we prefer the 13 buck growler to the 6 dollar a glass beer selection, it had never been a problem before, and we didn't mean to cause you stress on the very busy night (3 tables) you obviously were having to deal with.

My mum got the fish tacos, for all the goop on top of the fish one would think you would get a zestful mouth of goodinesswith every bite.  In reality they were flavorless, the tortillas tasted dated, were hard in spots and there was a cardboard aftertaste that ruined them completely.  I have never seen my mum return a meal, she instantly returned it after two bites and a testing by the rest of us at the table on one of them and opted for the clam chowder.  Pops had the pot roast, it was overdone, and he had to ask for gravy because they didn't include any for the mashed potatoes, it was 20 dollars, overcooked and consisted of a slab of overcooked pot roast and a pile of mashed potatoes sans gravy.

I had the hamburger, and it was good, the bun was great and fresh, the burger was medium rare on the side of rare, which I later learned is a no no in Utah but I didn't mind.  What I did mind was the packaged cheese slices they half melted on top of it, it made the burger look cheap and the slimy half melted cheese bits were kind of gross it was a 1.80 addition to the burger that I had to scrape off.  And a friend had the fish and chips, which he said were not bad, I think he got the best meal of all of us.

It was kind of cool that they were using fresh and organic things according to their menu, but the overall quality and presentation was disgusting and left all four of us with disgusting burps a couple of notsopleasant  trips to the loo later.

It breaks me ole heart because this was our place, we specifically would go here every year during ski season.  Now, I think our tradition will be to skip it, because bad service, bad food = bad time.

My boyfriend used to live in Park City, and still goes back almost every year and makes a usual stop to Wasatch Brew Pub on Main st. He took me here this summer and it was a nice ending to our "touristy" day. The food wasn't anything phenomenal, and felt my buffalo burger was definitely overpriced for what it was. But my boyfriend got the fish tacos and practically inhaled them he liked them so much.

The beers and ambiance are really where this place gets my attention. I liked sitting outside and just relaxing. I got the summer twilight and I really liked it. My boyfriend tried a bunch of different beers, I don't even remember them all (one was hop rising.. I just remember because the label was entertaining). But he liked them all. Our waiter was great too. The entire attitude from the staff, from the minute we stepped in to get a table, was positive and friendly. We looked around in the little beer shirt shop before we left. The guy at the register in the little shop was also helpful and chatty while we picked out some wasatch gear and I left with a cute summerbrau t-shirt

At the top of Main Street sits this Brew Pub. The service is friendly and efficient. The ambiance is nothing special, but its a brew pub and works. The beers are good, the food is tasty, and its an all around good time.

A little more about the beer ... we tasted the following:
    - Apricot Hefewiezen - not sweet at all, just a nice refreshing beer with a hint of apricot at the end.
    - Wasatch White Ale - good Belgian style wheat beer. Much like Hoegaarden.
    - Polygamy Porter - my friend who doesn't even like porter thought this was delicious.
    - Evolution Amber and Devastator - both solid.

A little more about the food .... we tasted the following:
    - Chipotle Buffalo Wings - really good flavor, not greasy at all, and a definite recommendation
    - Buffalo Burger - very well cooked. If a brew pub can't do a burger, we've got problems, but this was very good.
    - Calamari - surprisingly good and not too breaded, win.

I like the food, the vibe, and most importantly the beer! Good place, GO!

Had a great experience here.  Delicious butternut squash soup, good burgers and fish.  Service was great.  Still not sold on Utah's beer, but Wasatch probably has the best I've had.

Some a-hole left their mean dogs tied up at the entrance and one tried to bite us.  So watch out for that.

I took a snowboarding trip to Utah that was also, in no small part, a tour of Utah's brewpubs. We arrived here just before a large crowd started to amass, which was a common theme with all the brewpubs I visited.

It's a fairly small place, a little dive-y, and I don't mean that as an insult. This was appreciated in tony Park City - indeed, I felt a good unpretentious beer vibe, just a bunch of people chilling out enjoying some beer.

Wasatch features a good-looking pub menu that mostly delivers. On recommendation (from who, I don't remember), I ordered the buffalo burger and was very satisfied, having paired it with a glass of Polygamy Porter. Which brings me to my obligatory note about the beers. Polygamy certainly isn't Deschutes' Black Butte Porter, but given the 4% ABV limitation on drafts, it does the job very well, with a pleasing degree of roastiness and chocolate. I also had the Cowboy Coffee Stout - again, creamy, enjoyable, easy-drinking.

As a beer drinker, I may be offended at the ridiculous Utah laws, which seem almost prejudiced against beer - but I have to give credit where due, the Utah craft brewers are very good at brewing session beers with as much flavor as possible. I don't mind drinking 4% beers with flavor at all - I just hate being told that's the only draft beer I can get. Oddly enough, it was only the 8% Devastator Double Bock (available in bottles) that I wasn't too crazy about. In the style of a doppelbock, it landed too raisin-y sweet on the palate for my liking, without much attempting to balance. I was planning to order dessert, but I ended up just finishing the second half of the bottle as dessert. Speaking of the bottle, there was some ridiculous sticker on the bottle from the state of Utah stating that the sticker was "unlawful to remove" - of course, I promptly removed it.

Prices would regularly be a little high, but they are on the low side for Park City, making this an attractive budget-friendly option even if you don't like beer.

So maybe my opinion is a little biased.  I am, after all, from Colorado.  And we have some pretty kick-ass breweries and beers here.  We also leave our 3.2's to the coolers of 7-11.  Oh, you poor Utah...ians.  Utahnites?  Wasatch's Polygamy Porter... a beer-style I love so dearly... is weak.  It's like what would happen if Coors tried to make one: weak and watery and leaves you asking, "Why?"  (Sidenote: Just because I'm from Colorado doesn't mean I have to like ALL Colorado beers ;)...).

I don't want to offend.  That's not my intention.  I just felt... a little taken aback.  I was expecting boldness.  Frothiness.  A heavy mouthfeel and a deep, dark nose.  What I got was... well, "This is like a Coors porter."  But enough about the beer.  Onto the food.

This place didn't have a veggie burger.  Maybe I'm asking for too much: strong beer AND a veggie burger.  But a veggie sango just wasn't what I was after, but it was really all there was to offer on the menu for a vegetarian.  Yeah, there was pizza, but I was jonesing for a veggie burger.  Ah, well.  The Dude devoured their giant Buffalo burger and gave it two thumbs up, so at least there's that.

But a fair warning, if you want fries (naturally, because they go best with burgers!), be prepared to pay a $2.95 up-charge for subbing them for potato chips.  Really, that's a brilliant marketing scheme because when I have a burger, I want some fries.  And when I'm having a beer, I will probably agree to whatever cost if it means I get some fries.

Overall, I was not too impressed with Wasatch.  Please don't hate on me; it just wasn't my bag (or beer).  But now I know, so next time I'm visiting I can move on to the next place.  All in the name of science.  All in the name of Yelp!

Wasatch Brewpub in Park City has what I call an "old school" brewpub feel to it - it reminds you of the way brewpubs were 10-12 years ago when brewpubs started to spread. Why? The atmosphere, traditional pub fare, brewpub humor shirts (We Drink Our Share and Sell the Rest! ... Good for what Ales you!).

Given the 3.2% restrictions, Wasatch has come up with some amazing results. Their Hefe-weizen, available year-round, is IMO the best in Utah. Great bananna clove, very drinkable, and simply delicious sans lemon. Other ales such as Polygamy Porter and Superior Ale are worth venturing into, but my bet is you'll stick with their stellar Hefe.

Food quality is "good." No complaints, many items clearly above par. Pizzas have a very, very fresh homemade dough crust that is fantastic! Cuisine is slanted towards fish and other meats, but the veggie folks can find a few items too.

Selection of beer is usually 5-6 regular taps with 1-2 guest taps and/or seasonals (total 1-2). They usually offer an ale on cask as well. Oh, I almost forgot to mention - beer is served in cool 20oz. dimpled mugs. Very few places do this any longer. Nothing like a porter in a dimpled mug!

Value is good reasonable on the whole, but VERY reasonable if you consider the context of pricey Park City.

I am a big fan. Granted, the food isn't really anything you can't get at most similar pub establishments. But there is just something so distinctly Park City about this place.

Food-wise, you can't go wrong with the nachos and the buffalo burger. The buffalo burger is *slightly lower* in calories than the pub burger. Which is great, because then you can put chicken and guac on your nachos and order a couple extra beers. It's pretty much health food really...

And of course, the real reason for the props is the awesome beer. I highly recommend the Polygamy Porter (Why have just one) or the Evolution Amber (Created in 27 days, not 7). But that said, I haven't tried anything here I don't like. And bonus points for the irreverent, spit in your eye beer names and ad slogans.

Is it wildly tacky and a little disrespectful? Yes. Is beer supposed to be? Yes. Am I getting a T-shirt. Hell yeah!

Came here as a party of 6 on a Sunday night and was told we'd be seated in 20 mins. 2 pitchers and 40 minutes later, we still weren't seated... well, we were seated but it was in the upstairs bar area where apparently they can't serve the dinner menu due to zoning...what the? turns out the reason  they can't seat us downstairs is because diners downstairs were ordering drinks at their table so they weren't leaving. Do you see the problem here? We wanted to order food but couldnt because the bar area (complete with tables) can't serve food...but the patrons of the dining area were only ordering drinks. I digress.

The staff finally felt bad at the predicament and opened up the private dining room upstairs (as that was properly zoned...gotta love Utah law), It was a bit strange to have this big private dining room to ourselves. Ordered the  mini pizzas- which had very fresh soft dough...and were big enough to share between 2 people with a salad. Greek salad was boring and not very greek. Fish & Chips were good..but the standout was the Bison burger. Order it.  The beer was good too...Polygamy Porter is the one to try. Why have just one?
