Great beers. Of course I got the Polygamy porter.

I really want to give this a 5 star.  We had lunch and it was nice.  Margot was a wonderful server.  The nachos were really good.  So lunch was a 5 star.  We returned for dinner and.....well totally disappointed.   One and a half bartenders to service the entire bar area.  So essentially no service.  The rest of the restaurant was understaffed as well.   After 30 minutes of no service we had one drink and left.  If they can staff properly it would be 5 star.

I liked the place a lot. It is clean, bright, and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good. I had fish and chips and my friend had ribs. The portions were huge. You can't beat the hospitality of Utah residents, they are the nicest people.

After an insane evening of trying to find our accommodation for the night the only thing on my mind was getting myself a burger and some craft beers. Wasatch Brew Pub was a must stop while we were in town so it seemed like the perfect solution. And it was!

We arrived with not much time on our hands and were promptly led to a table and received our first round of drinks just as quickly. The beers were great and my buffalo burger that arrived very quickly after ordering was fantastic. We only had time for a couple of rounds of drinks, which was unfortunate as the beers were great, and the staff was very friendly, prompt and helpful.

On the way out we stopped into the small shop at the front of the the Pub to pick up some beers to go. We were greeted by a very friendly man who helped us out with our beer selections...okay, it wasn't much of a selection, we pretty much took one of everything! The beers were MUCH cheaper than I expected them to be too, but maybe that's just because I was expecting to pay Aussie prices for them. We chatted for fifteen minutes or so to the guy in the shop, who gave us some very handy hints for places to visit on the rest of our road trip and we were on our way, happy, full and eager to try out everything in our box of beers.

Service sucks here!  Food sucks here, especially the pizza, horrible!  But it's a brew pub, so the beer has to be good....ah no!  The most flavorless beers I've ever tasted.  Every beer on tap sucks ass!  They do have a nice location but inside is old and outdated with a dank smell and worn carpets and cheesy signage.   I'd pass and go to either No Name or The Distillery.

Nabbed a Groupon, and grabbed some grub.  Here's the scoop: Regular staff up and left (quit) after "New" management / ownership? came in, just days before.     Perfect timing, huh?  Well, you can't mess up a buffalo burger much, can you?  Cooked as I like it, (medium), served with sweet potato fries.  Oh, best part, YES!  They have gluten-free buns!

Ordered the chocolate volcano for dessert to take home to my son.  Ouch.  $7 for what appears to be 1/2 the size of a Costco muffin w/chocolate chips.   Yeah, ice cream was supposed to be with it, but, ice cream wouldn't have made it home.

Service was in the upstairs lounge,  during a college football game, hence busy.
    Server was attentive enough.

I've eaten at the Wasatch Brew Pub a few times and most recently this past Sunday for a late lunch, early dinner. The outdoor patio was very pleasant on an early September evening. I ordered a grilled chicken club and it was served up quickly and tasted great. Service was also good. The cost is a little more expensive then I'd prefer but given that's its Park City and that their located on Main Street, its understandable.

Good beer, priced well, pizza tasty, ambiance nice, but bartender less than attentive, we had to keep going to the other end of the bar to place our orders and there wasn't even a crowd.

Stopped in for lunch middle of the week. The town was pretty dead, it being an off season and all, but it was quite a nice day for a stroll down main street. I remembered eating here as a little kid and so I wanted to revive my memory of the place.

Sat at the bar and ordered their chicken sandwich. It was made well. Nothing out of the ordinary but a solid sandwich nonetheless. The fries were quite good. I don't know if it was because they were a solid compliment to the beer but I did like them.

Now the beer. I forgot I was in Utah and they have certain liquor laws preventing flights. Bummer, especially since that is the best way to sample all the beers. At least they will give you a little taster before you decide if you are wary. They will only give you two at a time though. State rule. I settled on the Evolution ale. Solid over all beer. Was perfect for the day.

What made this experience worthy of a higher than average review was the bartender Phil. He genuinely took an interest in having a decent conversation with me so that I did not simply have to sit by myself and watch sports center. He offered all sorts of recommendations and things to do in the city and so he definitely made the visit worthwhile. Kudos to Phil.

The view on the patio was amazing to eat dinner to. We had the chicken nachos and the hefe for our appetizer. We then had the wings and the buffalo burger and the apricot hefe. It was a  great dinner and is highly recommended.

A pretty disappointing meal. I eat a plant-based diet and checked the menu beforehand to make sure I had some options. The menu listed a black bean veggie burger but when we got to he restaurant the veggie burger wasn't listed on the menu.  When I inquired about it to the server I was told the veggie burger was only available on their lunch menu. Huh? I asked her what menu options were available for vegans she said 'a salad?'. Won't be going back.

someone suggested the short drive into park city for our second evening in SLC, and we'd already had Polygamy Porter and thought it was a tasty brew, so off to Park City we went.  Our early group couldn't wrangle a table big enough for all of us, the second party arriving had to fend for ourselves, which didn't upset me as much as it did the early party people.  even after a table nearby opened up, the waitstaff refused to move us closer, and after reading a few other reviews, it seems this is par for the course.  given Utah's liquor laws, the beer on tap is considerably weeker than the stuff in the bottles, the caveate being bottled bears were 7 bucks and tap bears were 5, so you do give up a little in price for the higher alcohal content.  I wanted a sampler like they have at most places, but they only serve 6 ounce samplers individually for 2.50, which means if i wanted to taste more than 4 bears it would have cost me over 10 bucks, which seems a bit of a sham.  Having been to Park City in the past, I knew we'd have to deal with higher prices for most things, and was prepared to go a little over board on our meal.  We had at our table, the fish & chips, a pizza and a burger.  we also got the nachos.  over all the meal was filling, but hardly anything rave about, and my final bill was at least 40 bucks, which is way more than I would normally spend at a brew pub, especially considering I only had 2 full beers and one sampler (the jalepeno beer which was like straight jalepeno juice).  We also had the blueberry breadpudding, which was easily the best thing we had to eat.  Very tasty.  I wanted one of the Polygamy Ale shirts for the novelty of it, but since I had spent so much on my dinner I opted out.  Over all I can say that this place was about what I expected but hardly in the upper echelons of Brew Pubs, which I have been to many many many of them.  There are plenty of upper crust restaraunts in Park City and it seems like this one would be a good place to chill and have some beers but it doesn't seem like the owners encourage that sort of a behavior, even on a Saturday night.  I would give this place 3 stars for what it is, a middle of the road brewpub, but almost wish they'd go the extra mile for their customers.  It didn't really seem like the management was in the People Pleasing business.

On a family road trip, our 1st day in Park City. We ask a local for a recommendation for some REALLY good grub. We were directed to Wasatch Brew Pub . We lucked out & got Craig as our waiter.  He was excellent....!!! Attentive, easy going, & helpful especially when we asked for advice on other places to eat & places to go. Even safety advice regarding moose & getting too close to the edge of cliffs. :)  Now on to the food ,AMAZING !!! We had the fish n chips , fish tacos & mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was so yummy ,homemade! :P Adult worthy . Fish n chips :P To sum it up we went there last night & are gonna go back again tonight . Hopefully we will have Craig again .

Great ambience, service, pumpkin ale, beer battered(excellent) fish/chips and the mac and cheese is AMAZING (note there is meat in it). Great value for Mainstreet. Check it out and try the daily brew special...it's only 2.50 for a big mug! Sometimes there can be quite a wait, so try to go early or late;-)

Great Brew Pub! There was a great selection of beers, the taster was a good choice since they have so many types. The quantity given for the tasters were perfect to give it a good try. Beware that when you do the taster each person can only get two at a time. My favorite was the Superior Ale - similar to Sierra Nevada and Firestone Double Barrel Ale. The Apricot Hefeweizen was good too it was not too fruity, just a hint to give a little flavor. The menu was suitable for all tastes and the prices were fair. Kids' menu also has a good range of choices. The portion of the pizza was enough for an adult and the toppings were generous it was simply flavorful and tasty are very filling. The chipotle wings are tasty. When ordering the hamburger be sure to order it rarer to get it the way you like it, ie: order medium rare if you want it medium. I can't give them four stars because they don't have a happy hour, but that's because Utah State law.
