Came here for lunch after checking into the Hyatt. Sadly, it was one of the worse dining experiences I've ever had. Service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was mostly empty. My kids' chicken pasta meal arrived with undercooked raw chicken!! I was furious! What a way to start off our vacation with the fear of my  children getting sick on their first meal! The waitress was extremely apologetic and comped the meal but that doesn't make the experience even acceptable. I would steer away for this place and eat at Blue Provision instead.
Review Source:We ate here as we were staying at the Hyatt. Â Awesome place to stay. Our meal was not awesome. Â Cream of crab soup was so salty it was in edible. Â Soups served at the conference were too salty. Â Not a little salty in edible salty. Â My burger was way undercooked asked for medium rare amid it was super rare. Raw in the middle. Â Taste was good. Â Just poor execution. Â Other patrons meals seems good and they were happy. Â Kitchen expediter needs to be more involved. Those meals should never have left the kitchen
Review Source:We ate there last night and except for the service, it was horrible. Â Our calamari was salty enough that it had to be returned. The salad was overdressed with a very acidic dressing but we ate it because we were hungry. Â My wife's vegetable lasagna was a pile of pasta with large pieces of green peppers, yellow peppers, and snap peas with ALOT of cheese on top. Â It was terrible. Â My mussels were over cooked but edible. Â The pumpkin pie was alright. The butternut squash soup was okay, too. Â The final act was finding out that our Makers Mark manhattan was $16 and the Bombay and tonic was $14. Â It's a beautiful space with unbelievably bad food. We're here for two more nights but won't be dining here those nights.
