Their food is great!! the service is phenomenal. They are very polite as well, the food sizes are great. They really stuff the carrying box, it's great they even offer little candy in the front. It's super clean and you can peek into the kitchen. Just stay away from the smoothies they're not good they taste like frozen water with some kool aid not good.  I'm a regular here.

Any place that has a vegetarian egg roll that doesn't skimp on size or flavor gets my seal of approval. They're a little greasy, though.
Nothing to call home about, but decent Chinese food outside of Chinatown.

While the location of the restaurant is in a scarce neighborhood, Wen Cai Chin is a decent establishment. I have been there a few times, but have only tried a few things on the menu. I always get the same thing, Ive sometime thought of trying other things. It goes with out saying that some of there preparation choices are bit mediocre,  e.g., onions are huge, rice is sometimes slimy, things or sometimes undercooked or over, etc. They are not always sufficient in customer satisfaction, though there shrimp fried rice is the best I have tasted yet, when prepare correctly that is. Never the less the kitchen offers a a huge variety of options, "You just have to convince yourself to try them." COMEDOR FELIZ

You know those days when you're like, man, I really want some shitty orange chicken? Just some typical fast-food Chinese garbage? This place is great for that. This was my first time there, and I was a bit hesitant for lack of reviews, but I went for it.
I got the Governor's Chicken, which was really, really sweet. No spicy at all :( I think some Saracha would fix that (which they had gallons of), but I carried out. Portion size was pretty big for the Large (I couldn't eat it all in one sitting). Be warned though - this dish has those creepy mini baby corns in it... I don't mind, but I have a friend with a mini-corn phobia.
I also got the crab rangoon which was actually not something I'd get again. It wasn't creamy enough for my taste and the filling had too much crunch. But that's just not how I like my crab nuggets.
Service was good, place was very clean, and it didn't take too terribly long to wait for my food.
If you want mediocre Chinese food, and are in Pilsen... Do it.
