Cookies And Carnitas

Carnitas sandwich is great - done with just a small squirt of hot sauce instead of being slathered in bbq sauce. The slaw they put on it is still crispy and vinegar based instead of mayo based.  Everything is hand made, fresh, and it all comes together for a very indulgent lunch.  I suggest taking it home to enjoy with a good cold beer. Yum.

Are you serious!! I thought that $12 for a sandwich was gonna be expensive but I bought one any way because it smelled so good, and it was the best f---ing pork sandwich I have ever had. I have been to the farmers market every Saturday to have one since.

Came to the market specifically for the pork sammy and was not disappointed. They got the pigs cooking on racks in the back and will make you orgasm when they cut it up right in front of you. Come with an appetite and some beer and you're good to go.
