Went there on Mother's Day for brunch. It was really bad food where nothing was even labeled so you had to take the lid off of everything just to see what it was and some things you still couldn't tell what they were, very unorganized, and a lot of staff that did nothing. The worst part was getting the bill and seeing a gratuity tip on the bill for $27, for what, all they did was get our first set of drinks which took 15 minutes after we sat just to get. Besides the fact I've never been to a buffet where a 18% tip was added on. I sure will never go back.
Review Source:Hoped #200 would've hit the spot like so many did before it; unfortunately it fell short. For just under 30 bucks a person, hopes were high walking into their breakfast buffet. Service started out alright, but dwindled as time went by. As for the food, my only regret was that we didn't come earlier. Close to every steam tray dish was overcooked and/or dried out from sitting so long. To the contrary, pieces of their Swordfish Vera Cruz were underdone and near raw. Not much was pulled off by Willby's, aside from the made to order omelets. Breakfast Quiche - watery; Eggs Benedict - overcooked; veggie lasagna - overcooked; potatoes - dry & overcooked; salmon - dry; cheese slices - dry, crunchy; coconut pudding - no thanks. I can't recall a dish that didn't require salt and pepper either. Really hoped our Sunday brunch would've hit the spot. Unfortunately it didn't, and I think this was our last visit to Willby's, especially considering the price.
