Everything was alright until I was getting served. It wasn't awful, but I was by myself and it just wasn't fun. But maybe that was my point on the scale of importance. I believed I was served after the place started to fill up with families for the baseball games.
Now, here are some good things: The wings were good, and they have some really good looking, petite white woman serving. They wear short shorts and yoga pants too!
Ice cream sucked tough. Fries sucked, but that's just because no fries are better than McDonald's. The place does have a bar, but it's more a family oriented place, even though the girls are half naked. It's not for the younger crowed at all during the day, but that's okay. Food's still good, so go anyway. I'll have to check out during the night.
I've been here a few times, sadly none of which were during an Akron Aeros game, however I hear that it's really fun and I want to come here for one. Both nights that I came there was something special going on that I didn't know about til I got there. Once there was a live band, they were a country band and actually really good, I wish I could remember their name but I really enjoyed them and it was cool to see live music without having to pay a stupid cover.
The other night I went there was game night/karaoke night. They had podiums set up and people could sign up to play this trivia game. There were two teams of 3-4 people (I can't remember on account of the alcohol consumed that night). I didn't play but my friends did and it was a fun time had by all. They would take breaks from the game and have a few karaoke songs in the same night, it was really fun, everyone seemed to be loving it. This was on a Friday night.
I got some onion rings or something, I can't remember maybe poppers, they were okay but I remember thinking there weren't enough! The beer selection is good and they have a list of their custom shots and mixed drinks that are super cheap. They have gummie bear shots for only $1, very nice.
The staff seemed all right, I've never actually sat down at a table to get waited on so I don't know anything about that, but the bartender was cool and the crowd was really fun. It was just the right amount of crowded... enough people that it was busy but not so busy that you can't get a drink. Lots of cute guys here too, pretty happy about that one.
I am convinced/concerned that every location of Wing Warehouse hires waitresses who compete in a secret contest to be the Worst Waitress Ever.
This location by far has the worst service. We went in on a Friday night to grab a quick bite. There were maybe five other patrons in the entire place. The waitress didn't even come to our table for 10 minutes. It took forever to get our food. Refills were scarce. Worst part? The waitress had flip flops on! Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of flip flops. But if you're working in food service, keep your toes in your shoes. I don't care how fly your manicure is, I don't want your toes out near any food. Ew.
It's really sad that we were eating, and I was wishing that we were at the Steels Corners location. Their service is bad, but nowhere near as bad as this location!
I hate that they have my favorite wing sauces in town. I'd quit going there altogether if I didn't love their wings so much.
