Woody's Tavern

Went ot Woodys Tavern Sunday night to watch The Ranger Game. It's in the back of a strip mall, kinda odd, but we thought, what  the heck. We went in, and were immediately greeted by a very nice bouncer. Nice to have some security. The waitress came right over and took our drink order. The drinks were good and CHEAP. For a crown/7 & a vodka cherry sour, $4 for both. Me likey!

Downside, place is smokey, and several of the patrons were obviously drunk, but we had no problems.  The overserved dudes were obnoxious.

For the drink prices, it woulda been 4 stars, but the smoke and drunken fellas made it go to 3 stars.

That being said, I will be back

I have been to Woody;s a few more times and since my last review their have been parking lot gang fights and one night several vehicles in the parking lot were robbed with windows smashed out of at least 4 of them.The cigarette smell seems to get worse with each visit,I am disappointed because it's close to home and not many other options.I have been going to other spots lately and probably won't return.

Great drink specials, great staff and a very laidback atmosphere. There's pool, darts, shuffleboard, trivia and at least ten TVs. I go here to kick it with my friends and meet people. Lots of fun and great crowd.
