I'm an avid beer drinker and whenever I order beers here they tend to taste worse than what I'm accustomed to. It's like they don't clean the tubes that the beer flows through or something. $4 dollar steak night on Monday's from 6-9 is the way to go!

They have a great selection of craft breweries. Their prices are really good especially during Happy Hour. The service is great they're friendly, talkative and smiling.
It's got a divey feel but the beer selection and the service really make up for it.

Summer happy hours- the place to be.

I cannot tell you how many times I have strolled out to the back patio alone on a hot day after work (delicious draft beer and cigarettes in hand) to find friends down there. The bartenders are all very friendly and sweet, and the selection of beer is awesome.

I would never go to taps on a busy Thursday night (the Lounge upstairs is the place to be on a Thursday, so expect a packed bar of undergrads at Taps pre-gaming) but Monday night is super chill, and it's steak night! $3 for a Steak, Salad and Bread roll. While it may seem too cheap to be good, it's fresh meat, cooked and seasoned well, and truly the best decision you will ever make. I lived across the street last year and made it to Steak night nearly every Monday (great if you're a student)
