Ace Karaoke

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Gave us the wrong parts and touch screen cause they were rushing to close! We had to return and exchange the touch screen and then found out something else was wrong with the amplifier we got...We bought more than 2k worth of karaoke equipment and had to go back and forth more than 3 times!  They've had our amplifier for more than 2 weeks for 'repair' but they still havent called back even though I've asked them to update me what's going on with it.  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! The location is also in a ghetto area.

I give the 1 star because of terrible service. Ordered over 2k of equipment paid half deposit promised 1 week product ready, called after 1 week they said the order wasn't even processed, how can you not process an order but charged my card for a grand. Then back and forth for another 3 weeks with excuse after excuse,  finally called us to say its ready then on the day of pick up we call to confirm and what do you know it's not ready. We ended up canceling the ordered still waiting on refund.

Christmas Present

Did some homework on Amazon and then decided to come here to touch what I felt was my best decision.  Well, probably spent an hour with a staff member and went with something totally different than I was planning.  Also got a bunch of free CD's in the deal - something I wouldn't have gotten from Amazon.

Happy camper - hopefully Santa did a good job  :)
