I would never go back. Bartender (Eric) took forever to take order and only did because I told him I was wanted to. He never checked on how my food was and I had I ask for the person sitting next to me for ketchup. Bartender is extremely rude and not professional in any way. I deter people from going there because its horrible. I was being nice with one star.
Review Source:I rarely give 1 star.
Absolute garbage. The poor wait staff seemed so miserable there. They dutifully did their jobs, but seemed so unhappy. Then we found out why...
Their tips were suffering due to the incredibly inedible food being served there. We got some Chicken Tenders and Nachos. Ok, shame on us for ordering such bad food (the food options at this terminal at Seattle airport were VERY limited, almost non-existant). But what were some bad choices became infinitely worse once it was served. The tenders were burnt to a crisp. The nachos were topped with a hardened congealed cheese-glue that held the whole mass of chips and whatnot together as one big janky-barge mass.
Both things were inedible.
We felt very bad for the wait staff there, they seemed to be there almost against their will.
Listen, this place will always do well, even if Yelp rates it at "negative" stars (if that were even possible). This business preys on the fact that there are literally no other options on this side of the terminal, so you will eat here whether you like it or not. You're a captive audience.
I mean, did we even check Yelp before deciding to eat here? Of course not, we just wanted to eat. So there you go, why Yelp has no meaning here, and why the owners truly don't care about anyone's review. Why I'm even bothering to write a review, when it will help no one, is beyond me, I guess I just want to rant.
The owners just won the 'airport location' lottery, so they don't have to compete. They have a clear contempt for both their customers and the people they employ (poor souls). If the owners had any pride or ethics, they would make changes, but really they have no motivation to do so, since they make probably the same money either way.
