Lovely atmosphere, very laid back, definitely caters to a younger crowd.  We were there on a Saturday night and there was a DJ and a belly dancer - the music was drake, nikki minaj, weezy and then there are monitors that play middle eastern music videos on mute.  It was a fun time.  The downsides are:  the food choices are scarce, I think they are loosing an opportunity to showcase more ethnic food instead of handing you a menu with philly cheese steaks, and a couple of kabab/gyro sandwiches and a pizza menu from next door.  Our attendant/server was nice but not energetic maybe she was having an off day  - but then our bill came out to over $24 yet she rounded it out to $25 and kept our change which is very unprofessional so we did not tip her as high as we were going to.
Review Source:Love the look of the place. Â The couches and setup are awesome. Â Garden outside is pretty sweet too. Â The LOUD hip hop music, not so much. Â When I arrived the music was on the loud side, but it was traditional, and there was a belly dancer so it was forgivable, but after sitting down and ordering, it switches to GHETTO hip hop...If I wanted to be in a loud hip hop club I would be. Â Service could be a little faster, but she was nice and knew her stuff. Â I may come back during the day, but definitely not at night.
Update...never returning.  Wrote the original review as  was sitting there, but the experience was bad enough I had to update.  Service continued to become worse, not just having to ask for product repeatedly (never received more coal, which means I probably walked on at least 1/3 bowl of sheesha).  I was also billed for "Natural" coal, which I did not ask for, and specifically said I did not want.  When I pointed it out the waitress did not correct.  Then she hovered over me waiting for me to sign my credit card slip.  When I asked for change so I could tip cash she didn't have any.  It was easier to pay and not come back than to argue at that time.  It was late and I was tired and had a headache from all of the crazy loud b*ch and h*oe music, that just got more loud as the night went on.
Fast forward to today, tried to l to discuss the fact that the food was not as pictured/described/promised (I was told the mango smoothie was fresh fruit, it was far from that, it was watery with chunks of ice and no discernible fruit in it, obvious food service product from a box) and that I was billed for something I did not order, and no manager was available to speak with, and the girl who answered did not know an email for management or ownership.
Update again: Â Spoke to the manager who did not seem shocked about my experience, but sounded as if she has previously coached her staff on these issues more than once before, and is tired of it. Â She personally assured me that's not how things are supposed to be there, and offered for me to come in and try again when she is working, and offered a refund for the product I did not order. Â I will take her up and update as appropriate.
