My wife and I arrived at around 3pm in the afternoon. Looking around the restaurant, we saw maybe 5-6 tables being used. We waited at the host station along with a party of 10 that was behind us, and waited, and waited, and waited until back in the corner I saw a waitress pop her head up and rush over. Apparently, a large group of employees had taken a break together in the corner. We were seated at a table with crumbs all over the seat and my wife asked for a towel or something to clean the seat and the waitress handed her some napkins...really??? The food was typical Chili's fare and was good but the service was horrendous.
Review Source:I am from Puerto Rico and my favorite restaurant is  Chili's so While in Orlando I went to a local Chili's Grill & Bar on 02/09/2013 and my server was Ashley this young lady was very pleasant and very professional and did every thing possible to make my experience the best I could have, I can say it was the only good thing that day the food was very bad I had some babie back ribs They tasted  like reheated ribs, nothing was at the quality like the Chili's I visited in my home town in Puerto Rico even the price was better in Puerto Rico.
The only good thing in this Chili's Grill & Bar is the service I received from the server  Ashley
this to me is a typical chain Chilis restaurant....you get your favs and they are typically good. The service was good...we ate at the bar.. did the 2 for twenty deal...appetizer (fried cheese sticks) and we got the crispy chicken cripsers and half rack of ribs. It was ok...all I can say is typical. nothing fantastic. but I will of course go again when i get the craving...
