My wife and I arrived at around 3pm in the afternoon. Looking around the restaurant, we saw maybe 5-6 tables being used. We waited at the host station along with a party of 10 that was behind us, and waited, and waited, and waited until back in the corner I saw a waitress pop her head up and rush over. Apparently, a large group of employees had taken a break together in the corner. We were seated at a table with crumbs all over the seat and my wife asked for a towel or something to clean the seat and the waitress handed her some napkins...really??? The food was typical Chili's fare and was good but the service was horrendous.

I am from Puerto Rico and my favorite restaurant is  Chili's so While in Orlando I went to a local Chili's Grill & Bar on 02/09/2013 and my server was Ashley this young lady was very pleasant and very professional and did every thing possible to make my experience the best I could have, I can say it was the only good thing that day the food was very bad I had some babie back ribs They tasted  like reheated ribs, nothing was at the quality like the Chili's I visited in my home town in Puerto Rico even the price was better in Puerto Rico.

The only good thing in this Chili's Grill & Bar is the service I received from the server  Ashley

this to me is a typical chain Chilis restaurant....you get your favs and they are typically good. The service was good...we ate at the bar.. did the 2 for twenty deal...appetizer (fried cheese sticks) and we got the crispy chicken cripsers and half rack of ribs. It was ok...all I can say is typical. nothing fantastic. but I will of course go again when i get the craving...

We sat in the bar area and our waitress stunk. Didn't come over once to check on us or fill drinks. Our empty beer mugs sat there while she walked by numerous times. Then, when she takes our check, it took her 20 minutes to return with our change. She didn't even apologize for the long wait.

I'm normally a fan of Chili's, however, this location has a lot to be desired.

Our server, Amber, was the saving grace of our dining experience, which left us with partially cooked southwest eggrolls and lukewarm corn soup.

We waited at the front to be seated, only to find another party waiting as well, and they indicated they had been waiting for a few minutes with no acknowledgment.  When the hostess arrived, she seemed harried and rushed, therefore rushing us to our table.

Our server promptly arrived and took our drink order.  Drinks as well as chips and salsa were promptly delivered.  During the meal, drinks and chips/salsa were kept filled with great diligence.

The kitchen experience has much to be desired.  We were told by our server that the kitchen was backed up, and apologized for the wait.  One appetizer, the southwest eggrolls, finally appeared with soup ordered by two additional dining companions.

The chicken enchilada soup (one bowl and one cup) came hot and fresh from the kitchen.  However, the southwest eggrolls looked sloppy and undercooked.  One bite from the eggroll proved this to be true, and our server apologized (as well as acknowledged) the lack of crispness and cooked condition of the appetizer.  Several minutes later, a new plate of southwest eggrolls arrived.

We did not order an excessive amount of food for six people, yet parties seated after us received their food while we were waiting for ours.   Once the food arrived, we received a salad, one bowl of corn soup, southern smokehouse burger, chipotle crispers, and two orders of chicken crispers.  The two orders of chicken crispers came out hot and fresh, the chipotle crispers moderately warm, the southern smokehouse burger could have been warmer than it was delivered, and the soup came out cold with a skin on top.

Skin on top of a soup, especially a creamy soup, shows that the kitchen scooped and/or prepared the soup well before its time.  Not desiring another attempt with this mediocre kitchen, I sent it back, resorting to chips/salsa for my meal.

In the defense of the server, she sent her manager to discuss this with us, who offered to cook the soup for us.  If the kitchen was this dysfunctional, she needed to give a firmer hand to the kitchen, which was obvious as we heard her providing more direction/guidance to the cooks during our dining experience (aka screaming that could be heard from the dining room).  Personally, my belief is that the kitchen staff is a bit lackadaisical without strong direct management, which was given to other orders, perhaps improving their dining experience, but not ours.

If this is your first visit to Chili's and this was the only Chili's you ever visited, I could see how you'd hate this place.  There are much better ones out there, including the Fowler Avenue one in Tampa, FL.

Blech. My daughter and I went to this Chili's site while we were staying in Kissimmee for a 5k at Disney the next day. The service was VERY slow, it took our guy over 15 min to even come greet us and get our drink orders. We were about to walk out when he finally showed up. The food is mediocre, but it IS a chain, so it's average chain food.

We used to love going to Chili's for their Fajitas but it's been a while so a few days ago we went to Chili's and what a disappointment!!!
It was raining, and the place was crowded, so we sat at the bar in one of those high tables.
Service was good in the beginning, everything seemed fine until we got our food and opened our silverware and it was NASTY!
There was left over food (dry) so we tried to get our waiter to bring us another ones... a few minutes passed and we couldn't find our waiter... we went spotted another waiter and asked for silverware... our food was there getting cold and then we asked another waiter to please bring us some silverware.... then our waiter showed up and brought us PLASTIC ONES and said: "I cannot get you anything else cleaner, so here it is".
PLASTIC ONES? are you kidding me?????????? I was not eating at Wendy's....
Anyways, the 3rd waiter brought us silverware that were a little bit cleaner, we ate but at that point I was discussed... my chicken was ok but the Fajitas was so much smaller then we are used to....

So the experience was not very pleasant and we don't plan on going back to that location again...

So this was the location of my second 'bachelorette' party -- just a friend and I having lunch the day before the wedding.  Here is where I continued my education about margarita and the proper tequila to use -- Patron, will never had house again (learned that lesson at dinner).  We just had appetizers and margaritas.  The service was good, and the company was great.  I really recommend the nachos and southwestern egg roll.
