I feel like this is the only bowling alley in Columbus. Â I'm not sure if this is true or not since I haven't lived there in ages, but this is the place we go to do some bowling when I'm in town. Â
I usually end up bowling here on weekend evenings when they have cosmic bowling. Â I hate cosmic bowling. Â Prices per game on a Friday night are crazy expensive. Â I feel like it was $6+ per game. Â That's ridiculous. Â They do have specials all week long that are a better deal if you plan on bowling a few games. Â Weekdays during the day is $10 for all you can bowl and weekends/evenings are $16 for two hours.
Service is a bit slow. Â There's usually just one person at the front desk so sometimes there is a line to get a lane. Â You pay up front. Â The location is smoke-free and pretty clean. Â Food is the usual bowling alley fare. Â The bar has a fairly decent selection of beer and alcohol.
Unfortunately, this is the only bowling alley in Columbus. This past weekend, my family met up here for my nephew's birthday party. My mom had made a reservation on the phone earlier in the week for us to have 2 lanes. But upon arrival, we learned that they had never actually made the reservation and we'd have to wait 45 mins. We were really pissed off and disappointed.
Also, we had to ask them twice and wait about 30 mins for them to put the bumpers up for my nephew. Thanks for almost ruining his birthday.
