AMF Town & Country Lanes - MA

I came here with my mom, dad, brother, and a nephew and did the 2hr session. I noticed many lanes were open including the lane right next to us on either side, so I went to ask if we can split as if we came and paid in three-people and two-people groups, the price would be equal nevertheless; however, they refused saying they can't and when I suggested I wanted refund to pay separately,  she rudely shouted that the other group would be placed on the other side across from where we were when it was more than half of the space open on the same side. The attitude the blonde bitch gave was just unbearably rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

Stopped in here while traveling with a friend and it was about what you'd expect for a dive-ish bowling alley. The prices were a bit on the high side, but it is Massachusetts, so you'll have that. The pool tables were pretty old and shoddy, but the lanes were fine. I wouldn't return, but it was a good way to spend the night.

horrible customer service. we walked in and were told rudely that there was league players and that no lanes were open. Oh, umm ok, thanks for the apologetic tone..NOT. You'd think that if you are not able to let a group of kids bowl, you'd start off with "sorry, lanes are closed for leagues, you can come back at such and such time" but no. Instead he spoke rudely and didnt feel bad at all. Ok. sure the league makes it hectic, but um, it happens every week, get over it. and when I asked if I should call at 9 to make sure the leagues were over, i wasnt implying i wanted to reserve a lane, no thanks, i'll go somewhere else.

He did then suggest we go to their other location in auburn, glad we did, it was a GREAT experience. great staff, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. read my review about that one instead.
