The patio is amazing, and I love the bar area. The crowd is often business lunches and drinks, so the atmosphere is pretty subdued. I find that service is usually pretty slow, but if you're there for a casual lunch or happy hour, just kick back and relax. Ceres is right across from my work, so I end up there often and usually have a great time.
The food is pricy for what it is, but always good. I love the happy hour specials. Those are a good deal, so if you can swing happy hour timing it's worth the trip.
Came to Ceres Bistro for the first time this past Saturday with my husband and another couple. The restaurant was nice and clean. Â Atmosphere was nice and the staff was very nice. It was very quiet there for a Saturday night. The food was good, nothing to write home about and we were a little disappointed because for the price of the food, we expected it to be better than it was. We could find a more amazing steak elsewhere. It wasn't a bad experience but we don't think we will be going there again. Once and done deal for us.
Review Source:Very good food, but priced as one would expect. Â If you are looking for some great steaks, and are willing to spend $25-$30 per steak, come here. Â
I had the New York Strip, which was amazing. Â The mashed potatoes were wonderfully done as well. Â My friend got the the filet, which she said was perfectly done and very tasty.
Worth a stop in if it is in your price range.
