Andy's Hot Dogs

I drive past this place all the time going to get gas in Indiana,  the rib tip advertisement is what really got my attention, so one day I was starving a decided to try it for the first time, the place is very clean and the staff was very friendly which is a big plus. I ordered a small tip for 4.95, they only give you 5 pieces but they give you a boat load of fries drenched in bbq sauce and two slices of bread so there's more than enough food to get full and let me tell you, it was off the chain! The tips were tender and seasoned to perfection, the fries and  the sauce were yummy! I will definitely go back and try other sandwiches, Andy's has definitely won me over!

Name says hot dogs, but they offer a lot more - ribs, burgers, steak sandwiches, philly beef, chicken sandwiches, gyros, etc.  I had a very decent gyros/fries/drink combo for $6.99.  The place is also clean, comfortable,  and colorfully and playfully decorated with lots of paraphernalia.

I visited this restaurant with my 16 year old niece after hours of shopping for prom shoes.  We still had a few more stops so we hit the drive through for a quick lunch.  The parking lot was empty and so was the drive through.  This was our first visit so we took our time perusing the menu since we were the only ones in line.  A yourng lady greeted us when we finally drove up to the intercome system.  I placed my order and asked a couple of questions as I am not an everything girl when it comes to condiments.  I decided on combo and my niece wanted just a hotdog and soda.  At first the young lady couldn't get the order right...... so I repeated it a couple of times.  As she finally "got it" and was repeating ti back to me a man all of sudden comes onto the intercom and asks me to repeat the order again.  This shocks both of us because we're thinking where did he come from?  So here we go again from square one.... he could not get the order right.  So I asked him to repeat it and he said just drive to the window.  So I did..... and was met by the rudest jerk I'd ever met.  He still couldn't get the order right and got angry at us as if we were holding up his line.... there was STILL NOBODY in the drive through in front or in back of us and the restaurant was empty.  He was so rude that I told him nevermind and pulled off.  I couldn't beleive this jerk.  Not only are you not getting any business but you are rude to the folks that do come through.  Well I assure you that I will NEVER return to that place and I encourage others to not waste their time either.  I drove two blocks down the street and got great service and a great hotdog.
