It's OK at best... stars go to the Bartender for sure.
Here's the skinny:
Food & Drink - eh...
Bartender - fun, friendly good service.
Seems clean enough...
Here's the fat:
Free Chips and Salsa while you wait. Salsa was good, nothing special though. For the entree I got that 550 cal. steak and shrimp meal (picture - http://www.yelp.com/biz_… ), I wanted it medium but, got it closer to the Well Done side. The shrimp and steak were a bit over peppered for me and the veggies were under cooked - wasn't very happy with it it all. Maybe next time I'll try something else, we'll see how that goes then. Another thing was the Blue Moon... I like Blue Moon but, charging $5.45 for a tall seems a bit high.
The name of the bartender on shift was Eric. Good service and checking up on his lunch time customers with a quickness.
It seems like a clean enough store, the bar top was kinda sticky though. Men's room was clean save for a strange crusty glass on the corner of the sink. Maybe it's a trend in this area... there was a crusty glass at Steak & Shake too.

It's fine if you're eating inside--in fact, there's a fun bartender who will do magic tricks if you ask--but never, never get the Car Side To Go. This is just setting yourself up for frustration. They never get it right. Ever. We finally gave up even attempting to order carryout from this particular Applebee's. It was just too annoying.
Review Source:Pros: Good courteous service.
Cons: Tasteless food. Fried shrimp appetizer was too oily. Hot boneless chicken wings just had some pepper sprinkled over it. None of the main dish tested any better. No hint of lemon on lemon scented fish and overall dull lukewarm taste throughout all the items we ordered. Do not recommend this restaurant.
