I like Arby's & they actually care about their customers. And I enjoy
going there because the service is good. I would like for the sandwiches
to be hotter & bigger on the dollar menu. And sometimes, maybe fresher,
but overall I like eating there. For any business to prosper you HAVE to
care about your customers. They should be top priority, after all they
will make you or break you. And the customers do notice how they are
treated whether you think it or not. And it might make a difference whether
I go back again.
