Ginger's Cafe

Ginger's, bravely owned and operated by a local hometown gal, serves the best food they know how complete with daily specials, fine service and a friendly, homey atmosphere, seven days a week--even some holidays.

Welcoming and kind, their soups are grand, the spinach melt delectable, and they have to die for sides like mac & cheese, deviled eggs or coconut/pineapple salad that will take you back to picnics on the farm with grandma!  You don't want to miss the pies, either--every kind you can imagine everyday!

On special days, you can order (frozen) hearty pot pies, stuffed cabbage or fried chicken to go. Any day, they do quite a lively carry-out business and take orders for rolls, pies, or cookies.

Have Ginger's host your next reunion or wedding rehearsal dinner. Have breakfast with all the fixings any day of the week in a warm, comfortable setting where you are remembered and feel at home.  Meet your Bible study group or prayer partners for a quiet session followed by some fellowship.  Whenever for whatever, Ginger's is ready each day with a delicious meal and comfortable ambiance.

The decor of this place was adorable, and I really wanted to like the food.  Sadly, that was not in the cards.  My husband got corned beef hash, and it tasted like it came from a can.  I got pancakes, and they were just sort of meh.

Good little cafe/diner for breakfast or lunch! It serves breakfast all day and has really good classical breakfast foods and sandwiches for lunch. I would suggest if passing by early in the morning and need a bite to eat!
