This Arby's is much better than the east side location and it's better than most stores around the country. Â They've fixed their problem with the wallpaper separating from the wall by not using wallpaper. Â They had some sort of laminate paneling that was reasonable for such a QSR, as well as some photos on a wall.
I can't say that the tables were clean, even though there was someone working on them when I walked into the dining room. Â As I sat down, I noticed dark areas on each table, where there was some advertising previously and apparently, the adhesive didn't let go fully. Â When I touched it, I noticed food crumbs, but I had already avoided a couple of tables, so I just sat to eat.
I had been wanting a Jamocha milk shake--that's my main reason for going to Arby's anyway. Â $2.39 wasn't a bad price for a medium, and it seemed quite a lot and very thick. Â The junior roast beef and the potato cakes were just warm. Â Something was unusual with the bun. Â It had a few sesame seeds. Â There were enough of them to call it a sesame-seeded bun, but it wasn't plain.
It's not that things were terrible, but they could have been good. Â It's no wonder the money backing them sold them as soon as they bought Wendy's.
