Arnie's Eating & Drinking Saloon

An extermely loud dive recommended by a toothless cabbie.

a typical trying-too-hard-to-be-a-dive-bar, dive bar.  The music was WAY too loud and the joint was overrun by hipster, college kid trash.  If you want to experience douchebags in the wild, then this is your spot.

Now I'm a dive bar snob (meaning I love a good dive bar), but Arnie's was trying too hard.  Let it come naturally.  The best thing about this bar is its name.

pros: very cute wait staff
cheap as hell drinks
lots of tv's everywhere, perfect for sports watching
fenced in patio for smoking
great location if you're out shopping in west toledo

cons: all of the food is way way way too salty
iceburg lettuce everywhere
hottest hot sauce for chicken not hot

we'll be back, but mostly for the cute girls and cheap drinks

I must say I had a great time at Arnies I went with a good girlfriend of mine who flew in from New York and we stopped by for a couple of drinks and a small bite to eat and had a great time! Our service was excellent our server was very polite and Suggested us some great drinks and food ( if you haven't tried the nachos or the hummus you definitely should they are the best) our food came out pretty quick and the patio in the front was beautiful and fun to sit at.

I used to come here with my parents growing up and now 25 years later I'm back again! My girlfriend was very impressed with the service as she joked about how horrible and rude the service is in New York!

Definitely can't wait to go back with my friends
