The Astro Lounge

Amelia is my absolute FAVORITE bartender!! I recently moved to Bend and she single handedly has made Astro by far my favorite place to grab a cocktail.  She is always smiling and friendly and serving up new inventive drinks!  Tell her what you like and she will make you the best cocktail you have EVER tasted!

Two-ounce shots!  You were pretty bomb-diggity.  $45 for three Jamesons and three Fireballs?  Not too shabby either (especially since they were two-ounce pours).

It's got a pretty happening scene for a Saturday night, live DJ, and apparently bars in Oregon have to serve food, so you can get your drink on while snacking on appetizers, or order a second dinner!

I have only visited during happy hour on weekdays since I'm bringing my family (small kids) and am not into the 'club' thing.  That being said, my wife and I love this place.  

Pros: Excellent food and the happy hour pricing is killer.  Nightly drink specials are a plus.  I enjoy their Pizza and kids love the mac and cheese.

Cons: No highchairs for the kiddos.  More of an FYI than a 'con'.
