B-Side Liquor Lounge

bartenders couldn't suck more. really i thought i was going to love this place but it left me with the taste of hipster ass in my mouth. Coventry is waning

*sigh* The B-Side just isn't what it used to be...in general, the energy of Coventry has changed drastically in the past 5-6 years...

I was a regular on Tuesdays for Spoken Word...the bartenders were great and the vibe used to rock...now its just wack (sorry, couldn't think of a better adjective)...the owners seem not to even give a damn because they don't use discretion with whom they allow to enter their establishment...even on other nights, it feels like I'm in the midst of: "Riff Raff, Trash and Common Folk; Cleveland Edition"...very disappointing...

The people dissing this place don't know how good they have it in Cleveland--the B Side is the kind of place that I miss SO much when I'm spending months out of Ohio. They have great dance nights with brilliant DJ's who have excellent taste AND can keep a crowd pleased.

The drinks are generally very affordable, and are an absolute steal when they're on special. Again, we Clevelanders are so spoiled by good prices all the time!

I don't know what the haters are talkin' about. This place is my #1 go-to when I'm in town.
