This is a nice little tasting room. Very simple and elegant. You walk in and there is a large wooden table where you can walk to and get some tastings. The wines are local from the Santa Cruz mountains and being an alumnus from UC Santa Cruz I had no idea about the winery and I wish I found them sooner. There are also areas to sit and hang out and their wines and merchandise are all around for you to browse. I decided to try their reserved collection tasting and I was not dissappointed. All the wines were very good. My favorite was the Pino Noir and it's a shame because it's a limited supply so once it's gone, it's gone. The other wine I enjoyed was their LaVita which is a mixture of 3 different Italian wines. They tweak it every year so each bottle year tastes slightly different. There was only one person helping people when I went so maybe if they had another staff member working it would  be a better experience to get a more personal feel to the tastings and lectures on the wines. Left with a bottle and will be enjoying it later.
Review Source:Okay, this place might not have the beautiful views as some of the other wineries but boy does it have good wine (esp sweet wines for those sweet wine lovers!)
Ended up walking out of there with three bottles of their sweet wines, their honey mead with the mulled spices ++++ so good. Served warm on a cold winter night or even a chilly fall night would be good. Â Actually I can imagine it being good any time of the year.
If you pass by, you must go try their honey mead if nothing else!
But negative -1 star for being a little too persistent about their wine club.
