The Barrel Room

Soooo... I went here once and I was good and buzzed when I started.  When I left, I was blind.  Good job finishing the job guys!

I came here as part of my high school reunion recently.  While the interior could be cozier for a wine bar, they have a nice wine list, very reasonable prices (compared to what I'm used to in a major metropolitan area), friendly servers, and local artists adorning the walls with their paintings (most are for sale).  As the food menu is limited, they allow patrons to bring in outside food, and I saw several pizza delivery folks arrive while I was there.  There was a lovely outdoor patio, as well as a private room (which we utilized) for groups and functions.  They also have live music on the weekends (and perhaps also sometimes during the week), which was very pleasant in the background.

I'd return.

Go to this place.  It is in the middle of nowhere, but close to the Akron-Canton Airport.  I forgot the guys name behind the bar, but he treated me well and was knowledgeable about their wine and beer selection.  I almost did not head in because the lights looked so dim.  Good prices as well.
