I am not sure if they were just having an off night, but I will not be coming back to find out. My lady friend and myself went here hoping for a romantic Italian meal, but were disappointed in nearly every regard. The decor was lacking, but is something I am willing to forgive. What I am unwilling to forgive is the lack of service. We waited by the door for quite a while before anyone greeted us. Upon being seated our server seemed aloof, and rarely stopped in despite the dining room only having two tables. The menu looked pretty good, and we were excited to find some reasonable wines available.
When the food arrived was when the meal took a turn for the worst. My dish was unappealing overcooked beef with a flavorless tomato sauce. My ladies dish was almost inedible. The sauce looked like canned tomato sauce with water mixed in. The vegetables were swimming in this disgusting brew, which left them unappetizing and flavorless.
Olive garden would have been a better time. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I have dined in here a few times and really enjoyed it each time.  It's the best Italian in Muncie, and the gelato is great just to enjoy even if you don't want a whole meal.

They also catered our wedding and did a fabulous job.  They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and we received nothing but compliments from our guests on the food.  They're very workable with the menu, which is very rare to find for a caterer.  They're also very reasonable, especially for the food you get.

Not bad. Certainly not great.
