Okay, it's a chain. Â However, I was excited when it finally came to town. Â I had eaten at the Alexandria, VA location years ago when I lived there and never had a bad meal. Â The thing that sits this place apart from others in town is the service. Â I have a great experience every single time I am served. Â Super friendly and always willing to give extra.
It seems like the "norm" at most chain restaurants (or even locally owned) is to push them through with little to no charm. Â This place is the exception. Â Food is good, but heavy on the carbs (noodles, duh.)
i guess this is a chain but i liked how you could choose between two portion sizes and add "proteins" a la carte. Â i had the japanese noodles with shrimp. Â it was a little spicy and everything tasted fresh. Â the server told me that they had free wi-fi and that i should come back to study and make myself comfortable. Â i guess they want a lot of students in there? Â anyways, it was really cheap and tasted good-at least the asian menu. Â will go back soon.
Review Source:First time to visit this restaurant. $33 dollars for our family of four, and my boys were still hungry when the food was gone. Â I think if they would have gotten two entrees they would have been full, but then, who wants to pay fifty bucks for fast food. Â We arrived there about 8:30 pm. Â The restaurant closed at 10 pm, but they already had half of the restaurant blocked off for cleaning, forcing everyone to sit in the section up front. Â The restaurant was not very clean. Â Under each table were the remains of noodles. Â It kind of looked like there had been toddlers there all day and had left the customary dregs of food all over under the highchair. Â They apparently clean the restaurant once a day at the end of the day whether it needs it or not.
Everyone liked the food they got. Â It was flavorful and no place else has close to the same sort of menu.
