For 30 years, I've watched corporations slowly take over the pizza industry. I, for one, refuse to bow to their fancy advertising and boring pizzas. I don't want the big, puffy crust that was designed by some marketing guy to make the pizza look bigger. I don't want a finely measured dollop of sauce that came from a giant vat in some back-alley factory in New Jersey. I want my pies made by hand, by real people and with real ingredients that don't come bagged and bunched from the back of a semi-truck from out of state. The folks at Bob's are the real deal. They know you by name and appreciate your business. They make real pizza and they do it well. If you like real pizza, with thin but bready crust... thick with toppings and sauce and LOTS of real cheese... and cut into squares (the way God intended)... then you will absolutely love Bob's. And tell them Troy Maynard sent you! I highly recommend my favorite... sausage, mushroom, bacon and onion with light sauce and light cheese. I call it "The Maynard." My family loves the boneless wings and the breadsticks, but I'm there for the pizza. It reheats great and is a great value.
