Boomers Down the Hatch

Here is another place that used to be a giant mecca for headbangers back in the early 90s.  Once called "The Jungle"  it had a old nautical feel to the place mixed with metal music.  Again, lines out the door, super crowded, lotsa hot girls with big hair and leather.....now,  its a much better mannered metal bar.  Doesnt look like bands play here anymore and now they serve food., from which I see in other review and word of mouth, is actually pretty good.   I didnt try it this time.  

Has a few games, a pool table and a boxing punching game in the corner.  Had a really good looking and super friendly bartender that knows her obscure metal music really well.  Oh, the bottled beer selection is pretty decent too.  For you guys with girls that only like Woodchuck...they got it here! Along with Blue Moon.

I plan on hitting this place again soon and taking over the jukebox.  I may even bring my wife next time and try and relive our first date ;-)   Though a lot better behaved
