  Food is good but the service is not.  We have eaten most of the menu and even had hair in the pizza, they replaced it but never saw a manager and they made us pay for it.  Not the best customer service.  But like I said food was good.

  Excellent pizza.  Much better eaten at restaurant fresh from oven.  If take out, crust gets soggy from being in the box.

  Nice but casual atmosphere. Pizza is very good as are the subs. However, garlic knots and pasta are only mediocre.

  After we were seated, I checked the reviews and thought "oh,  oh."  Turns out though that we were very pleased with the service, surroundings and especially the pizzas.   We had no dealings with the 'rude' owner, so I can't comment on that.  Great service, great pizza.

  The owner is really, really rude. The guy with the goatee, bad teeth, and tattoos.
  
  If the food was amazing I would consider letting it slide...

  The food is passable at best, but it's close to home and the kids like all the booths and TV's.
  
  So we would go there, if not for the horrible man who owns the place.
  
  The guy is one of the rudest, most hostile people I have ever met.
  
  Examples:
  
  My daughter is allergic to dairy, so my wife called and asked if they can make a dairy-free pizza. NO. (No explanation, no "We will look into it", just NO.)
  
  Do you have any dishes that are dairy free? NO. Can we bring cheese she can eat and have you make us a pizza with it? NO.
  
  And he had an attitude about it the whole time.
  
  So finally my wife told the guy: We are never coming back, you are horrible. And the guy said "Good!" and hung up.
  
  Another example:
  
  One of my good friends told me he went up there on a Saturday morning with his kids on a bike ride. He pulls his bike into the lobby (It's like a $5,000 bike) and leaves his kids cheaper bikes outside.
  
  The guy says "No way, the bike has to go."
  
  My friend Paul looks around and the place is deserted. Not ONE other customer in there.
  
  So he says "Look, this is a really expensive bike... I forgot my lock... Can you please put it in the back?" NO. "Is there anywhere else you can put it"? NO.
  
  Is it a health code rule? NO. ITS MY RULE.
  
  And so yeah, my friend should have had a lock with him... But still, the place was empty and you don't have to be a jerk about it.
  
  That's just two examples. I have heard probably 20 others. The owner is horrible and hates people.
  
  Avoid this business at all costs.
  
  Anyone who posts a positive review of this place is either being paid by the owner, is a relative of the owner, or IS the owner.
