Brothers and Father Pizzeria and Restaurant

Nice little family-owned corner place. Pizza is very good, and the mozzerella sticks are the best I've had.

We've ordered maybe 5-6 times so far, and they messed up our order twice. First time they sent a sausage pizza in place of a plain - they sent a new one promptly and let us keep the old one. Second time they gave us half a meal (entree, no fries).

Their specials (and seemingly offerings) are constantly changing, which is a little irritating.

Still, it is our go-to thin crust now if you just want a good pizza.

We decided to try this restaurant for pizza because our regular thin-crust place has gone down in quality. While not a perfect pizza, the quality at B&F was very good. The crust was thicker than we like in a thin crust pizza, and it was bland. But the cheese was a nice mix (I think they must use a blend, because we weren't just tasting mozzarella. And it was very good!), the pepperoni was thinly sliced and had a nice kick to it, and the tomato sauce actually had flavor other than salt! Their tomato sauce has fresh basil in it. Yum! We also had an order of mozzarella sticks. The breading was nicely seasoned and light. The marinara that came with it was a nice light tomato sauce, again with fresh basil and not oversalted or tasting like tomato paste. I would love to see them add a whole wheat crust to their offering, but for now we'll be happy to return again for their regular flour crust.
