    I'm very unhappy with the service that we received today 05-05-13 I reserved a party. Everything went smooth. I mentioned laser tag and game cards to the hostess at the beginning and nothing was mentioned about our package or upgrading packages. I paid 40 dollars for laser tag 15 for bowling pin to sign and 70 on game cards for our party. I'm very upset out hostess never mentioned upgrading packaged becuz it wasn't included in our package and even more upset that when the bill was paid we were rushed out of the party area. I called and informed a manager about my experience and he said its in the past and there's nothing he could do. I will never be at the bowling lanes ever again

    We came here last night (a Saturday night around 7pm). The food was COLD. Ridiculously COLD. We got an extra large pizza, a wrap, and fries. All of it was cold. The customer service sucked! From the doorman, to the food cashier, to the desk cashiers where you buy lanes and rent shoes. Horrible customer service throughout the entire place.

    Their employees act like they don't want to be there. If they don't want to be there, then they shouldn't work there--what a downer! It's supposed to be a fun atmosphere, but with their attitudes, it's not. The girl at the desk who was ringing me up for a lane and shoes was completely rude. I know it's a busy night but they should hire people who know how to handle stress positively. This employee had the worse attitude..she asked me "How many shoe rentals?" I say "Hold on one moment" and ask my party how many we need because some of them brought their own bowling shoes. And she says "You don't even know how many shoes you need?" Then she sighs and rolls her eyes. I tell her we only need two shoe rentals. "Two? that's it?" She asks with her horrible attitude and crazy eyes. I say "yes." But in my head I'm thinking "Yes B**** two cuz we brought our own." I'm a very patient, courteous, and polite person. I didn't yell back at her. I didn't ask to speak to her manager. I was with people who weren't paying attention to this scenario so I didn't want to make a scene. I just wanted to bowl so I just brushed off. It's going on Yelp anyway. Idk how the manager allows these kinds of employees to work here--it's a reflection of him/her. It's a reflection of the establishment. And it's POOR.

    Anyways, we waited 1 hour for a lane and 45 minutes for our food. Other customers were asking for refunds because of the long wait for food. It was horrible. I could have asked for refund myself for the long wait and for it being ridiculously cold, but I didn't. It's just going on yelp. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. The only upside was the people I was with. They are awesome and made my experience fun. Other than that, everything sucked like a vacuum.

    New update on the food...

    Chicken tenders were real chicken and full of flavor. I say "real" because they taste a lot better than the nuggets/chicken hot dogs. Cheese sticks were good and bar service was very friendly.

    ...and my friend kept spilling drinks (he was sober; I swear) and they didn't make a big out of it or charged him for the replacement drink.
