The good news is easy location and good parking... Clean inside and nice ambiance... Now for the not so good news... I went with some friends for a family birthday dinner... The service was soooooooooooo slow!!! The orders were not prepared right and the waitress and servers were horrible. One spilled water all over a meal and didn't offer to replace it just oops... We had a party of 16 so we had to do an automatic tip. So even though it looks good on the outside they really need help on the inside. If this place got a good staff and followed through on their food. They could have a great place but in the meantime 2 stars is a lot...
Review Source:We were in town visiting family for the evening (we live 4 hours away) before heading home. There were going to be 13 of us, so we thought ahead and made plans to eat an early dinner at 4 pm. When we all arrived, the manager informed us that there wasn't enough wait staff (the place had about 8 people eating), so we'd have to wait 30-45 minutes. We asked if we could just get a table and some water and bread while waiting; she said no. She insisted that it was better this way and our table would be ready with waters and bread when we sat. So, we waited... and waited... and waited, standing in the entryway while continuing to wait with 10 adults and 3 small children. We were finally seated at 5 pm. The table was bare besides silverware. 2 servers came to the table and divided it in half for drink orders (the place was still over half empty). Drinks arrived at 5:10 pm. Dinner orders were taken about 5:15 pm by the 2 servers. We finally requested bread and it arrived 10 minutes later. We all ordered endless shrimp and it took 4 servers to bring it to our table (restaurant is 50% full now) at 6 pm. I ordered a coffee Nudge and the server said she would be back with it in a few minutes. We flagged our servers down every 15-20 minutes for refills on drinks, shrimp, etc. At 7 pm, we flagged the servers down for our check and asked her to cancel my coffee (which she doesn't remember me ever asking for) so that we could leave. The manager brought it by at 7:15 pm. We paid (including the 18% gratuity included!!) and left, extremely frustrated by the experience. Within an hour, dinner began making a prompt exit. I will never return to this Red Lobster, nor likely any other. I found the manager's inability to handle a party of 13 at a nearly idle time incomprehensible. The poor service topped it off. Then ending the night with food poisoning?!?
Review Source:Came here after seeing a commercial about a 4 course feast. I'm not a seafood lover, but occasionally I'll let my husband have it. So, he got the Admiral's Feast (Walt's Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and flounder fried to a golden brown--a plate of fried foods) and I got the Cajun Chicken Linguine, our appetizers: some fried seafood stuffed cheesy mushrooms and I got the creamy potato bacon soup and of course the biscuits. The soup was really good, he said his mushrooms were really good as well. He didn't really comment on the feast, I imagine they all taste the same ... Our waiter was alright, didn't refill our drinks until we put them on the edge. We got there at 8 and it was jammed packed, waiter said it was because of the special. My linguine was excellent but I was so full from the soup and 2 biscuits that I had just one bite and asked for a container. As soon as we got home I split the meal into 2 containers and already the butter separated from the pasta (that bad thing about having alfredo anything for leftovers). So hubs gets 2 days of alfredo lunch :)
