Disgusting place and awful service and food .I actually saw roaches on the walls. Man cooking was smoking as he cooked.
They have been taken over by new people who do not know how to cook the food or what most of it is. They are trying to copy original owners who are now located at 7236 E. Colfax Ave. Plesase go there if you want the original food and owners
Well. Â I must waked in when the place was very busy. Â It was around 1:00 pm and he was getting stuff ready, getting the fryer going, answering phones and talking to a chick trying to pick up dates. Â Not a good combination. Â Stood at the front of counter for about 5 minutes without the acknowledgment and said "enough is enough" and walked out. Â Â
It's smaller than I remembered with coolers taking up more room.
I still want to try the wings but not today.
I really like Buffalo Bills Wings and Things. Â They are located right down the street from where I live, so we happen to visit them quite often for some legit wings and other artery clogging goodness. Â This joint definitely offers awesome fried food. Â They have it all - hush puppies, jalapeno poppers, jalapeno rings, onion rings, fried green tomatoes, mac-n-cheese bites, french fries, and more. Â On top of that, their wings are the bomb. Â They are pretty meaty with the perfect little crisp I like my wings to have. They also have some awesome sauces. Â Their hottest ones are actually spicy and flavorful. Â I also love their parmesan garlic wings because they have a spicy kick to them. Â In addition, their jalapeno rings are my favorite side. Â They are always so crispy and spicy. Â My southern husband swears by their hush puppies which have sweet onions and jalapenos in them. Â Overall, I think Buffalo Bills Wings and Things offers some awesome wings. Â
Note: It can get super sketchy outside. Â Actually, it can be quite terrifying for a young girl like myself. Â It is East Colfax so that is to be expected. Â I suggest the buddy system...
Quite possibly the best hot wings I've ever had.
They set up a booth at 'The Taste of Colorado' back in 1994, and I must have used 2 whole strips of tickets to take some back with me to UNC in Greeley.
When I moved to Denver, I must have gone there at least once a month (I lived in Greenwood Village, but made the trek). Â The neighborhood, not so nice. Â But the people inside and clientele were extremely friendly.
I still have dreams about these wings......tried the Catfish once too. Delicious, but I can't stray too far from their wings.
I wish I still lived in Denver.
