Worst service ever. The food was cold. 15 minutes to get a drink refill. This location needs help!

I love coming here for sporting events. With all of the TVs and sound system, this is the place to watch your favorite games. I also like to play trivia here, there are usually several other people playing which makes it even more fun.

But, the food here is not so great. Wings are just OK, the choice of sauces is pretty good. I got a burger here once, and I was like . . . meh,

The bartenders are all great. Usually, it's Ashley, Tony, Joe, or Mike when I go there. They are all great, and keep up with everyones orders even when it is very busy.

I am disappointed that Paul is no longer working there, I think they should do whatever it takes to bring him back.

One more tip: bring a jacket. It can get chilly in here, even in the summer.

This place is always crowded, especially on the weekend.  Games are on all day, all week...so people tend to come to watch the games and chill.

The service was excellent, the waiter answered our questions perfectly and sounds like someone who knows his stuff(I can't say the same for everyone)

The past 4 times in a row (yes in a row), a friend and I have gotten our orders wrong whether it be take out or dining in. You'd think after the fourth time in they would have gone through a meal without bringing back food we didn't order. The waiters and waitresses are nice but the manager I had talked to was quite obnoxious and not very pleasant.  Wing sauces are super salty, but I guess thats what you should expect at Buffalo Wild Wings. Overall, I'd have to say that the only positive things about this place are the location and the two occasions I got free wings because they had to go back to the kitchen to get my right order.

The servers and hosts are so much more friendly and attentive at the Woodrige location. Plus my friend and I both got sick from the wings at this location.

I can't think of much better on a Friday evening Happy Hour than going to this BWW and hanging on the patio. We devoured the Southwest Bites. Love them. They are addicting spicy wonderfulness with a side of spicy sauce and sour cream.
Our bartender is always great with the drinks and conversation. I was surprised there weren't very many people in the patio. A little heat I guess and everyone stays indoors.

This location is huge!  There are about 20 large TV's showing every sporting event possible.  Our waitress was courteous and quick. The place was a bit dirty and it was slow when we went so it definitely was not like it was too busy and then got messy.

I prefer hooters - better wings

It seems to me that they have good days and bad days for wings.  Somethimes they are less fatty and nice and crispy.  Other times they just aren't so good.  It seems to comes down to luck as to whether or not you will get good wings.  As for the few things I have tried on the menu other then wings, it has all been bad.

I have been here a few times, and now I am finally writing a review. I like this place as a bar. I have never actually eaten here, but I am going to go ahead and assume it is just like the food at any other BWWs. The beer selection is great, esp for a chain.

This place is good for watching games as there are around 50 or 60 tvs throughout. I have never had a problem with service here. Since I always sit in the bar, the drinks don't have to go very far. This is a sports bar. There is bar food, beer, and tvs. There is nothing here that wows me, but the location is good, so I go back.

Also, bringing your young children here at 10 o'clock on a Friday night probably qualifies as bad parenting, so please don't.

I am a fan of the wings, I usually get parmesan garlic, honey bbq, or sweet bbq. The best days to go for wings here are Mondays and Thursdays when they have $.60 boneless wings. What I really like about this place is that they have a different deal every day, and they lunch/ late night specials. I am pleased about this place the only problem I have are some of the sides and inconsistency in the food. Like the fries, they are never really good, they're never hot enough when you get them, either that or they're not crispy! And the burgers = decent, the drinks = pretty good for the price, buffalo chips = decent.... Anyway, just get wings here and you'll be happy.

They will turn you away if you order well done wings. Business must be good to be that arrogant. Will not return and do not recommend

O buffalo wild wings you are so amazing!!! I was on my home after the NASCAR race and super hungry. I thoug to myself....I need some bww in my life, and this one did not let me down!!! I walked in with my friend and ey said it was open seating so we picked a spot in the bar. The bartender/waitress came right over even though she had the whole section by herself and we never had to wait for anything!!! She took our order after bringing us our beer and the food was ready and on the table 10 mins later! The sauces are amazing, I got the mild and parmesan garlic.......both I would recommend!!! Also the potato wedges are to die for, so crispy and seasoned just right!!!!!

I will for sure be going back for some wings and potato wedges!!!

Nothing wrong with the restaurant itself but as a chain, the wings are skimpy. If you want good meaty wings, this place is just not it.

Buffalo Wild Wings definitely does chicken right.  You won't get greasy, undercooked, bland, or microwaved wings here.  Everything's good, whether it's chicken, beef, or seafood.  It might not be good for you, but it's definitely flavorful.

Let me say this to parents:  do not bring young children here.  This is not a family restaurant, it's a glorified sports bar first and foremost and should be treated as such.  This is where I bring my friends when we want to have a drink and hang out.  Kids don't belong here when there's people shouting obscenities over in the bar.  Take 'em to Denny's.

That being said, it is a great hangout for friends, or for families with kids in their teens.  There's always something exciting on TV, whether it's a ball game or an interactive trivia game.

The best part is their selection of sauces.  Try a different one every time you come - you won't soon run out of tasty options!

What holds me back from awarding the fifth star is the noise.  Like I said, it's a sports bar, so it gets loud.  The sounds echo everywhere, but the music's so loud that you can't hear the TV's, and both cause everyone to virtually shout at one another just to talk.  But I suppose if you were looking for a dinner conversation, you'd either be at a coffee shop or stay at home!

I've never had a problem with the service.  Sometimes they are a little slow, but the food alone is worth the wait; and when you look around and see every table full and a line out the door, you'll appreciate how hard they all work.

My second visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and it was good! I had the combination of Parmesan Garlic Boneless Wings and Mild Boneless Buffalo Wings. The Garlic wings had a huge garlic taste!! Maybe a bit much! I will have gum in my mouth for a few days from this- for sure! Good food, good energy, I'll be back! Busy for 2:30 lunch, good sign!!

I am a fan of wings, although the various sauces are not the bomb. I did ask the waitress which one did she suggest and she said to try one (my sometimers takes me from remembering), and although a nice kick after a while, it gave me sweats! But I washed them down with a nice cold (on sale) beer.

I LOVE THE FRIED PICKLES. You have to try them. I am one of the biggest fans of these, maybe cause they are prepared with cornmeal. Place is really not bad.

Oh Wilton tent sale... the best sale of the summer.. You made me go to the Suburbs! Erin has been to Boiling brook a few times so she recommended we hit the BW3s. Ok.. I am not a fan of chain bars, but for a suburban restaurant.. it wasn't bad. Paul was our server and he was helpful. I was actually pretty good and didn't get wings. I went with the blackened chicken salad with no cheese or croutons with FF ranch. The salad wasn't bad, actually it was a lot better than I thought. Erin got the Buffalo chicken wrap with onions rings (extra charge). I had a few onion rings and they were decent. Not worth the extra change. Since it is in the burbs.. the only way to get around is with a car. If you are drinking.. have a friend sit sober! Lots of beers and tons of TVs.

Out of all the Buffalo Wild Wings in the area, this one is the best!  We barely ever have to wait to be seated and even get to pick wherever we want to sit.  The boneless wings are the best!  Especially when you have around 10 different sauces to choose from.  If you're not in the mood for boneless wings you can have the regular (cheaper) wings or have a wrap or a burger or even a personal pizza (made with boneless chicken and any sauce).  It's a very relaxed atmosphere and I love the fact that there are flat screen TVs all over the place with all sorts of sporting events going on.  If the dining room is busy you can always eat in the bar section which is just as comfy.

I would love to give BWW's 4 or even 5 stars, but I just don't think that this chain deserves it. However, this review of this particular location is concerning the staff that I was lucky to encounter on 10/10/2009 in the mid evening.  It was the night before my birthday and I didn't want to do much of anything, so we said what the heck, let's go to BWW's.

After we stopped for beer for later, we pulled into this one. I was ready for the usual of reminding the staff what I wanted, a second side of dipping sauce, etc.

We had the server ASHLY.  She was PHENOMENAL. Despite the restaurant being very crowded, loud and generally obnoxious, she took the time to make sure she had our order taken timely and when the food was brought out, absolutely everything we requested was there...the first time. That is the first and only time in close to 50 BWW's lifetime experiences that this has happened.

She was fantastic, and the management is to be commended as well. I have never been so happy with an experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. It might just have been a fluke, but I know that when I go back, I will be personally requesting the service of Ashly before I sit and enjoy my messy wings with my fingers!!

I've been here several times -- mostly carryout but I've dined in on a few occassions. As to this store in particular, it's the best run BW3 I've been to. They've never screwed up my order, the service is always fast, and the carry out department is well run. I don't even bother calling ahead of time they're so fast.

As it's a BW3, it has absolutely top notch wings (still the best I've had), a great sports atmosphere, and an excellent draft beer selection.  The beer specials are fantastic ($3.50 for a 24 ounce beer), and always tasty and cold.

My only criticism applies to almost all BW3 restaurants.  About a year ago, it seems the chain decided to reduce the amount of sauce they put on their wings. Whether this was a cost cutting measure or customers started complaining about too much sauce, I don't know.  All I know is that I started getting wings that tasted more like baked chicken than real wings. Fortunately, you can order your wings "Wet" for an extra $.50 or so. If you're a guy like me who likes wings with a lot of sauce, do take this extra step! Well worth it.

Overall, very good take on the sports bar concept. Four stars.

This place is a chain.  A bad, bad chain.  It's too busy with young punks and it's screamin' loud.   BUTTTTT....

But, I must confess, we come here on the occasional Monday/Thursday for .60 boneless wing night.  They are tasty and probably a heart plugger, but it's a wonderfully guilty meal at a cheap price.  Their drinks aren't too shabby, and it's a great stop for not a lot of moola.

Expect paper plates for everything.  This place is really nothing special.  Bring out your "no class" for the evening.  Hell, wear pajamas.  It's great for a bunch of guys that want to meet up and have some beers and watch the game and scratch their nuts.  Or whatever guys do when their together.

Dress casual, and don't expect much.  Then you'll have a grand ole' time.  It's a sports bar type atmosphere.

Wow maybe I lucked out when I went here but the service was top-notch, the food was hot and the beer was cold. Plus they had the NU/Michigan game on. Good stuff.

I don't know about Y'all but I know about MEH!

I like this place I have never gone outside the lunch hour but even in those times the joint was cool. Parking is plentiful and the restaurant is clean. The service was great! The manager actually made an exception for one of our orders and Iove when that is done without a nasty altercation or anything.

Food was hot, fresh (or so it tastes) and just the way I like it. The drink special was Long Island Premiums on Wednesdays and the tenders were 49 cents a piece so it was nice and cheap yet filling :)

Recommended for lunch if nothing else or and to catch the game on one of their many television screens.

Did I mention how clean this place is?!

I was torn on giving this place on and two stars...the food here tasted ok, but could have been warmer.  The service here sucks (I guess that's what you get for hiring a bunch of High School kids), and it was rather dirty here (I watched several tables not get bussed until about 15-20 minutes after the parties left!).

I'll probably come back only because I like playing that stupid video trivia game, and it's a great place to watch a game.  Just don't come hungry.

I like this place for the food, can get a little noisy at times and they need additional wait staff. They have a peculiar method here, the wait staff take you order, then someone from the kitchen brings it out!

Should be a more pleasant atmosphere, especially for kids - now that you cant legally smoke there!

Always a good place for wings, beer and sports.  This being a freestanding location, much larger than a lot of them that are stuck in strip mall storefronts.  I really do enjoy the wings here, so I got them smothered in their spicy garlic sauce (you have your choice of around 12 different sauces, ranging from mild to super spicy) with some ranch dressing.  I got what I expected, but the other person I was with ordered a cheeseburger and was pretty displeased.  It was just more than a little well done, even though it was ordered as medium.  It was supposed to have onions on it, but they were excluded, and when we tried to find our waitress, we couldn't distinguish her from the others (I swear they must have cloned their waitstaff, all had blond ponytails and blue eyes.) and decided just to chalk it up to a bad experience.  So yay for the wings and nay for the burger.
