Go Roma

Environment is ok(inside a mall, how bad it can be ?) you order your food at the cashier so it's really quick. The food was actually not bad. Having gone through all the restaurant in this mall, this one is above average.  I gave four points with regard the local scale. Overall 3.2 would be my rating.

We have been Go Roma costumers for few years now because m kids love the Mac and cheese. My first negative experience was 6 months ago, I got a dark greasy "ball" on my French fries. It was grease from the frier, disgusting. Second time, my kids got spoiled milk. Third time, hair on the pasta! Last week, my daughter insisted to go back there for dinner, we had a group of 7, I ordered a half sandwich with a side salad, my niece ordered a full salad. I got a full sandwich, my niece got a half salad. A lady with glasses (I'm assuming it was the manager) she was very rude, took my sandwich away, left my nieces half salad, came back and said "here, enjoy your 2 salads" in a very sarcastic way. It wasn't our fault! Then she was upset because she had to fix our check since we were overcharged !!! No more....don't care how much my kids beg I won't go back !

Much, much better since out last visit here!! I had a Country Style pasta and it was very good, garlicky sauce but overall tasted very yummy! We came here because there was an 1 1/2 hr wait at Gordon Biersch- not waiting that long!! So we got right in after waiting in a short line with what seemed like a ton of kids!! There was some ignorant people in there that had some kid screaming the whole time and someone should have told them to leave or something because it was very obnoxious!! They also had one of those pop machines that mixes like a million drink flavors so that line was way backed up!! Really- just get me a Diet Coke!! But overall the table were cleaned and serviced quick, things seemed to be moving smoothly! We'll definitely be back, next time I will order something else because I'll be tasting garlic for a week, even though it was good- wow holy garlic!! Here's my question, do you leave a tip??
