Staff is ok depending on when you get there. The Chicken Quesdill is a must! The Chicken Nachoes were ok.

Horrible service! The entire staff appeared to be high schoolers or barely above. The work ethic of the staff was extremely unprofessional. They all were walking around talking to each other and barely servicing any tables.. The all had the I could care less attitude.. After waiting 25 minutes at our table without any service, we decided to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in College Park. The service and staff were 100% better!

Service and food temperature has improved tremendously. Thank you management for listening and making the changes needed to make this BWW a place that can be enjoyed.....The jalapeno bites are banging....they have bacon in them and the south west ranch is a good match for it.....

This is an updated review, I took the other review down, it was a 1 star....lets hope BWW can get all 5 stars soon....

Trust your instincts and leave as soon as you get there. On my first visit here at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night I walked in with a friend. The doors were dirty. I walked around the corner and there was no host. There was a hostess-looking employee engaged in a converstion with a guy at a nearby table and she avoided eye contact so she wouldn't be interupted her flirting.

One lady at the take out counter mumbled something in my direction. I asked her what she said and she repeated a little louder that there was "seat-yourself" seating over there. So, my friend and I walked though and area full of un-wiped tables and found a booth, but it glass sweat rings on it. Sooo, we sat there waiting while three waitresses were chatting amongst themselves and ignoring us.

I decided to take advantage of this time while being ignored and I hit the restroom. There was soap, but the paper dispenser wasn't working. By now my spidey sense was telling me to get the hell out of here, so I escaped with my friend.

Trust your instincts and leave as soon as you get there.

I am not sure what happened but I am a fan of this place. I had TWO bad experiences at the College Park location but I came here and was impressed.

Food: Jamming Jalepeno wings were on point. As usual, I asked for my wings to be fried extra crispy. I think they cooked them for about 15 mins, that is what they told me. The Caribbean Jerk were good too. Get them fried hard!

The potato wedges were good too. Their regular fries, shoe string, looked weak. There is a $1 upcharge though but it is worth it to me.

Tuesdays they have a 0.60c wing special at the Laurel location.

Workers: Our waitress was very helpful (Gail). We had a party of about 20 and she made she she took care of everybody. We were there for about 8 hours too.

Atmosphere: Sports Bar during the NCAA TOurnament = No complaints.

Walked in and instantly got a dirty feeling and even felt dirty myself. My group used the bathroom (which was disgusting), turned around and went to a different location. No interest in ever giving this location another shot.

3 stars for decent food, fun atmosphere, and this green drink that was amazing at the bar.

Could've gotten 5 start if the customer service was better and the food was above mediocrity.

I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings on two occasions. The first time, was because me and my boyfriend had some time on out hands to waste. We asked to be seated at the bar and ordered Old Bay wings which were pretty good. We also ordered fries which weren't the best, but ok. While I was there I saw one of the bartenders there with some green concoction. Out of curiosity I asked for the same drink. She said it was her special drink and she wouldn't say what was in it, but it was really good!

The second time I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings, I encountered the worst customer service. My co-worker ordered food for a few of us at work. So when I went to pick up the food, I went in to two employees complaining about how boring their job was. Then I walk up to the counter to pick up my order, and the girl behing the counter was playing a game on her phone. When she finally started paying attention, she told me she could not find my order and I was asked to wait 10 minute (which turned out to to be about 30.) So I finally picked up the order to realize we were given the wrong order. All in all, it wasn't the best experience

Came here with two friends of mine after we left from another Super Bowl Party. Of course inside was packed with people watching the game. We were promptly seated and our waiter came over to us very quickly. The waiter was very friendly and made sure that we were enjoying our meals.

Now lets get to the meals part, the extreme nachos were horrible!!! The queso had a funny taste, we complained to our waiter about it and got the artichoke dip that came with baked pita chips which was AMAZING!!!!!!

This might be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in country. Terrible service and cold food. We waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged in this place.

I have been here twice...friends wanted to meet up here on both occasions. I was here last night and it was ridiculous. Our waitress probably forgot she was working and speaking to customers not her friends. I had to shout to get her attention and ask questions and give my order over & over again. I know this isn't an upscale restaurant but i felt like I was in the twilight zone. She didn't come to each of us and ask what we wanted. It was basically who ever could have gotten her attention long enough to get their order in. The waitress called her manager over by sayin "Hey XXXX come over here with your fat a*s!!" I was shocked. He came over and assisted her. I had to repeatedly ask for refills. I won't be going back here again after this unless someone else is paying because I refuse to spend my hard earned cash at this dump.

The wings are good as is most of the food. I have experienced slow and very unprofessional service nearly everytime  I went here. (about 7 times) The only reason  i go is for Sunday Football or going away parties.  The staff is young and mostly immature.  If my team isn't coming on TV I will still go here only because they show all games.

Sunday Football tip!!!!! Show up at 1130 for a good seat!!!!  It gets packed!!!

Dont ever go here this place sucks beyond belief!! Slow crappy service & overcrowded with 2 many college kids that arent spending any money & just crowding the space. I love Buffalo Wild Wings as a franchise but try my best to avoid this location at all cost! The management even sucks & are just as bad..they need a complete re-org of new employees that actually care about their job! if i could give no stars i would!! Nuff said!

We are not fans. Chose to come here the other night for a quick beer and bite to eat rather than our usual after work haunt. This is one of those places I rarely go to - not sure why but certainly know now - I will not be returning to this place if it can be avoided. It's simple, the food wasn't good. We ordered burgers and they were offering buffalo "legs" as a special. First off, let me say I am unclear as to what kind of meat they used in that burger but if was more fillers than beef. No taste whatsoever. I don't know what we were thinking when we ordered the legs but it was a ridiculous thing to offer on the menu. We felt silly eating these legs. Stick to the wings. Being a wing place, we expected there was some sort of special. We had to ask about the specials and the leg was it. So we ordered it. Our server was trying so hard to be our "buddy" in fact I think he kept calling my husband "buddy" and "my man". That was ridiculous too given he was about 21 and my husband is 56. Oh well. I forgive the 21 year old but not Buffalo Wild Wings for terrible food. We left with the runs.

Every Friday, order the same thing for takeout. No complaints from me. When I eat in I make sure to order an ice water (alcohol)

Great wings terrible service.  I wish i could say more or give them some feedback they could use to improve.  This is typical service for establishments in this area, you just can't find good help - and keep them.  To get good service you have to know somebody.  I was eating and drinking at the bar, I took my eyes off my beverage for a second and it was gone.  I could only have one drink because I was driving.  I was disappointed because the wings I ordered were hot.

Maybe I've just hit it on a good day, but I've not had anywhere near the bad experiences that some of the other reviewers have had.  With that said, the service is a bit on the slow side, so don't go there if you're in a hurry.  And the food is pretty standard for any BWW although I really do like their spinach-artichoke flatbread.   I've never experienced any rudeness, although some of the staff seem less than enthusiastic to be there.  I've never noticed the place to be dirty (it's practically a brand new building!), and although it's been pretty crowded sometimes, I've never had a problem with any of the other patrons.   Since this is right across the street from my office, it's a convenient place for happy hour after work or to get carry out for lunch.

    Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

It was Thursday night and the place wasn't really that crowded so we stopped in for a burger. I got a cheeseburger and the Missus got a BBQ Bacon burger. I got the fries. She got the cole slaw.

I asked for peperjack cheese on mine and got a combination of cheddar and pepperjack because the probably put the cheddar on first since that what everyone gets or something.  Who knows? The burger itself was burnt. Let me repeat...burnt.  It was charcoal crispy on the outside and dry as a bone on the inside. The cheese and lettuce are the only things that added any moisture.  Oh.  The bun was good.

The fires were passable. At least they were hot.

The cole slaw was also horrible with way too much mayonnaise or cole slaw dressing or whatever.  It was a gloppy mess.

I will never set foot in this place, again, if they comped me and ten of my friends.

(note: it might be good for wings and getting bombed but other than that this place is off the list)

HATED IT.......took my children to this dive and was not impressed by the wait staff or the food.  We had to request someone clean our table... I should have run out the door at that point.  Won't be returning.....

I'd really like to be able to separate the FOOD from the SERVICE on this rating.

The food is pretty consistent with lots of choices. The sauces and rubs are all good(depending on the amount of fire you're up to at the time!). And the "other" choices are OK - salds, wraps, etc. And of course they have the Buzztime games at lunch - or anytime you're there. The FOOD RATING is a 2 STAR.

The service at this location is really bad. The waitresses always forget about you, and if you ask for a manager, you get the evil eye on the way out of the restaurant. This is the closest location to work, but I think our Friday lunch date is going to search for the BWW in College Park next time! The SERVICE RATING is a NO STAR!!

Been to this location a number of times - was never really won over.  Place is VERY loud - even with a handful of customers/staff.

Today - I open the door to walk in and almost pass out from the fumes of what smelled like industrial restroom cleaner (should have turned and left then).  I walk to the hostess station where the girl lingering there asked how many.  I told her just one - she gives me a weird look and simply points/waves her hand -  to the bar area and mumbles that I can sit over there.

I walk in and find a place as far from the door area as possible to hopefully avoid that smell at the front.  I grab a menu and look through figuring out what I am going to order.  A very friendly Raechel approaches and takes my order.

As I'm sitting there - I begin to notice that smell encroaching - crap!!

I look around and the place is fairly empty - I did manage to avoid the lunch rush.  I notice varying groups of BWW's employees hanging around talking and joking with each other.  Meanwhile - I look around I see dirty tables, crumbs and napkins on the sticky floor.  I do see two people cleaning - while the others are simply hanging out on the clock.  This doesn't change for the entire time I was there.

My food arrives - delivered by someone other than Raechel.  Never really understood why there is an army of employees in an otherwise empty restaurant...but anyway...sandwich was decent - iced tea was good.

Meanwhile - that odor from the front door is getting stronger...

I pay my bill and leave.

I won't say that I will never go back - but I will say this BWW will certainly be below other restaurants on my list.

    Sooo...

My boyfriend had a good friend in town and we were looking for a nice and chill spot to grab some drinks and eat some food.

Being a Hokie, I remembered how awesome BWW was in Blacksburg and upon seeing one in Bowie, I suggested we head here. The BBW in Blacksburg was that deal, so I was more than excited to go.

As soon as we walk in, my Boyfriend promptly said, "no way..." and about- faced out the door. I pleaded for him to give it a shot and I am ever so sorry I did.

I have to actually give props to our server, as he was attentive and anticipated the bafoonery of the bartenders who took forever to make our drinks although there was like, 5 peeps at the bar.

The food as "meh" and I drench so much sauce on everything to mask the taste. Also, why are the chicken wings so anorexic? I mean growth hormones are in everything nowadays!

The highlight of our night was the fact that we had a dinner guest stop by and greet us. His name was Cock Roach and he had a splendid time grossing us out as he climbed the walls of this establishment. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE... How are you gone have a COCKROACH chillin in your restaurant, on the wall like, "what up?"

Yeeeeahh.... we ordered more drinks after that and got thoroughly buzzed to try and forget the insanity surrounding us.

    We won't be coming back.

Service sucks in general.  A lot of staff present but very disorganized and uninterested in doing their job.  My server was actually pretty good, especially compared to his colleagues.

Food was blah.  Wings appeared to be malnourished.  Hot dogs were very dry.  For people that want a lively place to hang out and watch the game, this may be it.  For those that are more focused on food and service....RUN ELSEWHERE.

Fool me once shame on you, same me twice shame on me.

Although I have no real beef with the chain itself seeing as though I have been to some amazing ones in several different states, but this one is the absolute worst example of BWW. The entire staff is either incompetent or just does not care enough that they survive off of tips and they are not guaranteed for just bringing me what I served....COLD!! The management for this location does not exist, they are the same age of the servers, with probably just as much service experience as the servers, NONE.

If it were not for this location being a Corporate owned location it would have failed long ago. The price of wings too high, the price of drinks both alcoholic and non are too high. Why people are still coming here in massive waves I will never understand. The last few times I went the servers took their dear time to take my order, even took longer to pick up the check (should have walked out), they do not believe in quality control because serving me cold food constantly is not cool, even worst when you bring me the wrong food.

BWW if you decide to read this you need a total recall on staff, and management. You need to do something because your bartenders don't seem to like to request ID, oops hope no one reads that line.

Well, if you like strong pours for your drinks, this is the place to go. I ordered a screwdriver and they served me Grey Goose with a splash of orange juice and one ice cube. Drinks were pricey at $9 for a suburban bar.

The food? Eh, seemed reheated to me. The food quality seemed to have gone down since opening. When I went a year or so ago, it was much better.

Overall, a great bar to watch sports, but the food is fairly divey.

I must agree with the predecessor reviewer(s) who mentioned the outrageous requirement that Yelp makes us "give" a star to this place; then I must comment that even getting your cash out and pushing it into the outstretched hand of the "server" you are attempting to flee is no assurance that said "server" will actually take it from you.

And now the regularly scheduled review...So after giving up on the vast line at another option in this "shopping centre" we took a shot in the dark on BWW as my older son is a fan of ghastly hot sauces and wings. It pleased me that the menu offered less aggressive fare, and that even though a party of 14 - 16 (very entertaining btw) was front and center our "server" was initially attentive and introduced herself clearly so I could yell across the room (I'm not kidding) "B_______! we need more ______" as the event progressed.

That moment of pleasure would then stand alone. After ordering quickly and knowing there would be a gap until food arrived we took in the show in the room and on the many tv screens. Something about UFC and 2 dozen shouting people may be colouring my memories from this point, but somehow the kitchen was moving pretty fast and the food arrived just as some guy got knocked out by some other guy's bare handed left hook.

2 of our 3 meals were church camp grade mediocre, which in this circumstance would get BWW a little more cred than Yelp requires. BUT The "wing" meal was awful. No matter which sauce or option he tried, my older son would not eat it and he was (long story) VERY hungry. He said it was Too Processed ~ "what unlike the ones I made in the oven for you yesterday?", "No," he said "those were practicably dry and sauce-less, these are just awful."

From the mouths of babes we shall know the truth. Why would I believe him? Of course I had a taste and it was in fact AWFUL. Oily, as if refried on site, then hot only in aftertaste, somehow sourced from the world's most unhappy poultry. Yep, we had identified a whole supply chain of awful and it ends in Bowie.

Knowing that he would not eat it, B_______! reappeared with napkins and silverware, though the 2 meals we would eat were completely consumed.  I said to bring the check and we'd we on our way.  She walked around a lot and when she dropped by after more time than I was happy to wait I put the cash in her hand.   Who knows what was on her mind at that point.  Eventually I got my change and bailed just in time to see the BWW delivery truck unloading in the parking lot to confirm my assertion that it all comes from handy boxes.

Oh how I wish I had checked Yelp before setting foot in the place, it would have saved so much angst.  I pray the single star ratings for this location reach you before you make the mistake of eating there.

I don't have a problem with the BWW chain at all.  They aren't the world's best or biggest wings, but they are decent enough for the occasional meal.  However, this particular BWW may genuinely be the most poorly-managed chain restaurant my wife and I have ever been to.

We have now been there four times over about a 12-14 month period.  Three of the four times, we have had *substantial* service issues.  Two of the three times when we have asked for a manager, one never even came to see us at all.  One waitress tonight even came over (she wasn't even our waitress) and expressed amazement that the manager had never cochances.  It will not get another one.  Itme.  All we got was a second-hand assurance that the appetizer would be taken off the bill.  Of course, the bill comes and the appetizer is still on there.

The place was 80% empty at 8:30 on a Friday night (that ought to be a big blinking neon warning sign right there) and there were waiters standing around all over the place.  People were in the kitchen very noisily horsing around.  Why on earth it took 40 minutes for us to get our food, including the salad and appetizer that came out with the wings, instead of beforehand.  I had literally pulled cash out of my wallet to pay for the beer and diet Coke that we had received and walk out when the food all finally came out.

It just amazes me that we have given this place so many second  chances.  It is simply horrible.  We will not ever go back again.

I agree with everyone else about the service, it was horrible.  The waitress acted like we were disturbing her by asking for refills and silverware.  The burger was shriveled up and dry, the fish and onion rings were a grayish brown color, I guess from old grease being used.  She gave us 3 sets of silverware for 5 people and then when I asked for 2 more she looked at the table and said they are right here.  I had to tell her there is 5 people at this table not 3.  I would not recommend this place at all.  They don't deserve 1 star.

Home of the world's smallest buffalo wing, unintentionally I'm sure, Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is sadly as bad as rated. Granted, I must put forth the disclaimer that sports' bars are not my thing but prompt--even mildly timely service--is definitely a factor that one can reasonably hope to seek out. Alas, not at BWW.

Although this bar/restaurant establishment was not full during our visit (far from it, in fact, there were maybe 6-8 tables occupied), it took the wait-staff a good half hour to deliver anything from a glass of water to a beer to an appetizer. And notice that I don't mean that it took staff a half hour to deliver all of these items: each item and, on several occasions, only after a reminder.

Our experience warrants the following scenario: in the time it took them to bring the first app, one could have easily thought that delivery of our wings required catching live chickens, maybe along with negotiating a peace treaty with the said birds. Oh, and growing the celery as well as milking the cow for the terribly unappealing blue cheese dressing likely added to our wait.

Upon arrival, even the hottest wings were rather 'meh' in spice or flavor; the mango-flavored ones were alright but nothing to write home about. The moral of the story is don't come hungry...you might never make it.

In terms of main features of any sports' bar establishment, the place had plenty of televisions but, even for someone who appreciates a gigantic screen or two, these mildly impressive touches of electronics did not make up for terrible service. Further, the bartender's skills were unimpressive, knowledge of mixed drinks rather lacking, and ability to put out beverages with any sort of promptness--absent entirely. Next time someone suggests coming here, I'm staying away and encouraging the group to do the same!

Cold wings and horrible service.  Went to the Lanham/Bowie location for lunch with coworkers and it wasn't good at all. Tons of servers standing around doing nothing in a very busy restaurant while your food is getting cold in the window. 45 min later, I received my wings and fries completely lukewarm to cold. Service wasn't great. Very slow. I figured ok they just opened up, so I'll give them another try at a later date. Second time around 3 months later wasn't any better. Servers still standing around during a busy lunch, cold wings and ordered what they called a "salad". I don't think shredded lettuce as in lettuce you put in your taco is a "salad". What a joke. I drive farther down 450 to Glory Days where I know my wings will be hot and fresh from the fryer, the servers are more attentive to your needs and you can watch any sport plus hear the sound from the TVs. Two thumbs down for Buffalo Wild Wings.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at the suggestion of a good friend. She thought i would fall in love with this place at first glimpse of the menu. Well she was right about the menu..I almost lost it over the menu. It was a little too overwhelming for me. It kind of reminded me of a Cosi's during lunch time. The newbie's never survive.

Well I ordered some wings at the suggestion of the bartender- Asian/ extra crispy and the cant go wrong honey barbeque. I think maybe my standards were too high for what makes a good wing.. They did not meet that standard. I am not going to share my standards because I am not doing an audit of this restaurant.. BUT where they did get it right is the wide variety of beer. They had my ultimate favorite beer- Wild Blueberry Beer.hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm AND if I recall it was cheaper than the a Bud ON DRAFT!!! I just might have to swing by there just to get another beer
