I got food to go and service was bad....I walked in and nobody said hi. There were five employees waiting by the door and not a single one of them said hi.
I only get Tuesdays wings special or Thursdays boneless special. And I always get caribbean jerk, mango habanero, or spicy garlic. Their fried mushroom is not the best. It's just okay...I hate the ranch the most. Don't get it! They don't have good ranch.
Disaster, disaster, disaster!
Waited 42 minutes for a to go order and it came out wrong. The manager apologizes and convinces me to accept some coupons because she "does not want to loose me as customer" but after 5 minutes of waiting for the manager to show up, I decided that no coupons is worth 47 minutes for wings. First time I ever set foot in a BWW store and I don't think I'll ever do that again!
I definately expected more. The fried pickles were eh at best and I have definately had better wings. The prices weren't exactly cheap either. But the worst was the service. It wouldn't kill them to learn to smile and say hello. The hostess, De Zaun, was rude, didn't smile, and didn't seem to do much work.We waited at the door for a good period of time. Our waitress was fine, attentive but not friendly. The only person who was friendly and seemed like they actually belonged in customer service was the assistant manager, Sean. He sat us, took care of our table, and did it with a smile on his face. Kudos to Sean, everybody else needs to smile.
Review Source:Mostly ignored by staff once seated.
Fried pickles are ugh. Â The mealy breading isn't appealing and it's a rather small serving for the price.
The variety of sauces and dry seasonings is OK, but when asked about non-breaded boneless if you're told all the wings are non-breaded and then you get breaded boneless, it's not what you wanted or ordered. Â (They were eaten without mentioning due to the length of time it took to get anything anyway.)
Don't order coffee, they don't have cream and pouring the milk from a highball glass into a coffee cup makes a mess. Â EVERY TIME.
Empty basket from pickles and empty cups weren't picked up when they did come to the table. Â And the tea kept coming for one person in our group but the coffee cup was ignored more than once while they refilled the tea without asking. Â Beer glasses shouldn't go empty if they want to make money off it. Â THAT at least should be noted: they were equally ignoring of the PAID refills as the free refills.
If we'd gone when it was busy, I could see some of this happening. Â But it was 4:30 when we sat down. Â There were maybe 15 people in the whole restaurant at that time. Â We were ignored by three different waitspersons (and twice by one of them) before someone came to the table to get our drink order. Â While finishing up the pickles, the server asked if we were ready to order and was told we would be in about two minutes. Â Twenty minutes later she came back by to take the order. Â
Overall, I'm disappointed in the chain as this type of service is what I've experienced as the norm. Â The only positive this particular location had over other BWW locations I've been to is it has carpeting, which cut down on the ambiant noise level.
LIke to go this location of BWW when I am in the Dallas area near I35 and 121. Why do I like it so much? Where else can you go and eat cheap but great tasting wings along with some beer? You know what takes the prize? That is the free internet while you are watching sports on big screen TVs and eating your wings and drinking beer. You can actually, and I have on several occasions, worked on my office related stuff while having fun! Don't try that home folks. The results from your work while doing the above may not have any quality in them.
Service is fast and friendly.
Service at the bar was good, bartender had a nice smile and was great keeping me refilled. Â I just couldnt get past the smoke. Â There were like 5 guys drinking and chain smoking the whole time. Â The air filtration is horrible. Â I travel every week and just like a place to hang out and have a brew. Â I cant go back without portable air filtration device for smoke.
Review Source:I only gave this place 3 stars because our waitress Devyn was very nice and Super Cute!
Showed up around 9ish or so on a Friday with 2 friends, not too crowded which was a good thing. I ordered the usual, 6 blazin, 6 wild extra wet, 2 Red Stripes and Fried Pickles.
1. Â The Fried Pickles were horrible, I would have sent them back had I not seen an old friend at the bar and got distracted (he still owed me $5 bucks from '04), so I just let the other people in my group eat 'em up. WAY over cooked.
2. Â After the Mavs lost (Dirks fault) it went from a fun atmosphere to lets crank up HIP HOP and other BS music. Most every BWW I've ever eatin' at is 90% white patrons and frankly I don't see why they must play crappy HIP HOP over and over at loud volumes. Â
3. Â The tables were too close together tonight but that was a good thing as the waitresses kept rubbing their butts across my back everytime they had to squeeze by..... Â :)
On a last note, the Ranch they use is pretty much the nastiest Ranch dressing I've ever had at a Chain.. Hidden Valley, Case Closed.
This was my first trip to this BWW location and I came away with mixed feelings. Â I will start with the positive- the bartender was very friendly and provided excellent service. The big screen TV's in the bar area are awesome- the best picture quality I have seen in a sports bar in a while. The sound was on for the Mavs game- when you go out to watch the game it's nice to be able to hear it so they get my kudos for that.
The not so good- this location has smoking and as the night wore on the smoke was crazy thick. Â This BWW must have a really poor air filtration system as I am usually not bothered by smoke. Â
My least favorite thing was the wings- my sweety and I split some garlic Parmesan wings and they were not good at all. Â The wings seemed overdone to me and sooo salty they were almost inedible. Â Not sure if it is just the garlic parm flavor but seemed so strange to me that a place known for wings would drop the ball.
Very friendly server - couteous and helpful. Â I give her a 4 star for great service. Â Wings were done just right! Â Tasty and good. Â Burger /Steak is out of this world. Â So as the chicken wrapped.
Wife and I were totally caught by surprised and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
Service is pretty bad here when compared to other BWWs. Â That's saying a lot. Â But you're not going to get much better than their Tuesday and Thursday wing specials. Â They have been inconsistent with the amount of sauce they add to your wings lately, but it's nothing to get pissed about. Â The wings are still great. Â Other than that it's a great place to watch your game as they have TVs lining the entire restaurant. Â If you don't want to wait on their crappy service you can order ahead and they should have all your food ready in 15 minutes. Â That's even during the days when they are running their specials on wings.
Review Source:The food is always great here. Â I love their wings and their fries. Â I think some of their drinks can be overpriced if you don't come during happy hour, and their mixed drinks (I had a Captain and Coke) was a little light on the Captain. Â But they make the food to order and it's always been delicious.
The service can be a crapshoot depending on who you get. Â Some of the wait staff there are fantastic. Â On other occasions, I've gotten people who have been hard to get a hold of and not very friendly.
But all in all, I enjoy coming here.
My husband and I went for lunch on a Sunday. Â Rangers were playing against Yankees.
As soon as we were seated, our server came and introduced herself. Â Soon, she realized that we (party of two) were sitting in a table where she could serve a party of four. Â So she immediately asked us whether we wanted to move to a higher table (a table more suited for a smaller party). Â We weren't inclined to move, especially after the way she treated us. Â She told us the hostess was new and she doesn't know how to seat customers. Â We felt that our server was rude, but we left it at that and ordered food.
The wings were decent and we were doing fine until we were almost done with the food. Â Our server, as she was taking some of our plates asked, "are you going to stay here a while to watch the game?" Â Um. . . can you please give us space to make a decision, not based on your need to get more tip from other customers?
I come here often for fun guys night. Â It is usually consistent and tonight is no exception. Â When the place is more packed it is usually the better.
Service: Â I will start with the bad, Food always takes a while. Â But if you come into the place with that in mind then the beer tastes that much better. Â Servers usually get a 2 out of 5 when I come here but tonight I had a really good one and she gets a 3 out of 5. Â
Food: Â I always get the Wings. Â I have strayed only once and regretted it. Â Tonight I finally decided the Medium is better than the Hot. For some reason they put more sauce on the medium than the hot? Â It still has a nice kick but does not sear your taste buds for the rest of the meal. Â I think I really enjoy this place because of the options. Â I like options because I tend to get tired of the same thing over and over.
With the wings I always get the potato wedges with the cajun seasoning.  Couple all this with a Cold beer on tap and its Golden. Â
Atmosphere: Â Tons of TV's, you can enjoy any game that is playing at that moment. Â My favorite is coming here on a UFC fight night. Â
All in all come here for the camaraderie, good wings and cold beer.
I was just here last night with my sister and cousin while the Lakers were playing against the Suns. It wasn't busy at all. The service was utterly SLOW. I mean, our waitress was nice but everything came out soooooooooo slow. If I was starving, I think I would have fainted and died before we got our food.
To drink, I ordered a twisted magarita and  I swear to you there was no alcohol in there! We also ordered a mojito and apple martini. I tasted both, the mojito tasted like lemonade with mint in it and the apple martini tasted like one of those mixers you can buy at the store. All in all, I think their drinks are a complete waste of money. They either need a new bartender or stop being soo shady with the liquor.
As for our food, it was nothing miraculous. They wings didn't really stand out to me. We also ordered the queso chili fries, roasted garlic mushrooms, and the flat bread. Queso chili fries: the fries were soggy, I think because they waited for everything else to finish cooking before bringing it out. Roasted garlic mushrooms: OVERLY breaded. Flat bread: was pretty good.
I had dinner here last night and I'm pretty sure it is the last time I am going to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food quality here is poor. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad and my boyfriend had 3 different kinds of wings. The grilled chicken was rubbery and tasted like it had been in a freezer for a very long time. The bun was kind of stale. Â The ranch for the side salad was this gelatinous buttermilk ranch that made me just push the salad aside entirely. My boyfriend likes the boneless wings. I sampled them but they just kind of tasted like a glorified chicken nugget.
This food isn't inedible I just feel like if I am going to pay sit-down restaurant prices, I shouldn't be served a fast food quality meal. I recommend looking elsewhere.
My friend and I went during the OU-FL game and it was packed. I was kind of upset that this restaurant, probably knowingly that they were going to receive a large number of people did not prepare well for it at all.
My friend was there an hour for the game and was able to get a good table for us; however, if you arrived minutes before the game or during the game the restaurant was packed everywhere. People were actually standing at the door drinking/eating to watch the game. I can understand it a small restaurant; however, i was disappointed that they did not have enough glasses to go around for liquored drinks. We were waiting for awhile to receive our drinks, and the waitress tried to be helpful and letting us know what was going on. I was just very disappointed.
The food was okay; however, the amount they give you for the prices they charge is ridiculous. They had a wide selection of bar-b-q sauce for the wings and made it easy enough to pick out the spiciness of thewings, so.
It's okay to go if you are a group of people sitting back relaxing and watching a game or two, but that's pretty much it. Nothing special to say this is a great place to bring a first date or whatnot.
Eh it wasn't that bad.
My first-ever visit to any BWW location was today at this store in Lewisville, TX. Three colleagues from work and I decided to meet here for a late lunch, and then spent a few hours working on a computer project that required us to all be around one table at one time.
Service for us was great, unlike the prior reviewer's experience. Since the lunch crowd was already heading out, we had the place mostly to ourselves and had the nearly undivided attention of two different waiters, who did a very good job taking care of us.
We were allowed to just hang out and use the free (but somewhat flaky) Wi-Fi here to work on our project. We monopolized a six-top table for the four of us, and we were given gracious and attentive service, with free and frequent refills on our iced tea and Diet Coke.
Food quality and presentation was fine, better than expected here. (Note: the Jamaican Jerk hot sauce is BLAZING HOT!) We all had good selections from the menu, and the food was delivered quickly and prepared properly.
Overall, we had a very good experience at this BWW, having spent most of four hours at a table and only ringing up a $40 tab -- but we did tip our waiters $20 for their trouble and understanding.
The place is loaded with TVs with various sports channels playing, and of course there is the usual sport-bar rock music track playing on the overhead sound. This location hasn't yet upgraded to flat-screen video panels for their TVs yet, and so their "old-fashioned" 26" CRT TVs look a little antique -- but we didn't come for the sports on TV and so we didn't pay any attention.
Unlike the prior reviewer, the restaurant was clean, there was more than enough staff to take care of us, and we were treated very well.
We'll be back, and if they can get their Wi-Fi connection ironed out so it doesn't require re-authentication every few minutes, this place would make a perfect spot for casual small-group meetings, casual lunches or dinners, or a great after-work hangout for beers and bar grub.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a decent enough concept. Come out have some wings in different flavors, watch a game , and have a beer without the cheesy Hooters vibe. The atmosphere is casual enough that you can show up dirty and sweaty after a softball game and no one seems to care. Although I must admit that on Friday nights after our games I do feel awkward sitting next to the shiny shirt guys with their hootchies. C'mon guys are you too cheap to take them some place nicer? (You know when I originally typed the word shirt it actually came out as shitty. Freudian slip, perhaps?)
Whatever ringing endorsement I have of this place ends here, however. First off, the service always sucks. If you sit in the bar area, you have a slight shot of being acknowledged but if you sit in the dining area, you might as well call Domino's on your cell because it will get to you faster than a waitress.
Last night we went to celebrate one of our extremely rare victories and the place was a disaster. Although the bar was only half full, there were no clean tables. We had to bus them ourselves to clear a spot. The floor was so slick from several spills that I was sure a game of broomball would break out any second. The highlight was our gem of a server who declared that she was gunning for a 100% tip. Well here's one....show up at a guest's table more than 3 times in 2 hours and you might have a shot. Here's another...when a patron looks at a menu it's entirely possible that he might want to order someday. My friend tried to order some wings but Serverific walked away mid-sentence.
We all enjoyed a good laugh midway through when some doofus manager came by to "ask us if everything was OK". Talk about a moment of awkward silence. We just wanted to shake him by his collar and shout "Dude, look around at what a mess everything is. What do you think?" Instead we just sat and tried to stifle giggles when he recited the Buffalo Wild Wings mission statement. I know it said something about customers but frankly I just heard Charlie Brown's teacher speaking after awhile.
So what have we learned today, class? Buffalo Wild Wings: go....don't go....Who cares? I've already lost interest......you probably will, too.
