  Yes, they ran out of wings on a Sunday night (7 p.m.).  Yes, that irked me.  Yes, that prompted me to write this review.
  
  Should I blame Midland for its unprecedented growth?  After all, boom towns like them some wings.  Maybe we should go on the ration-stamp system.  If it worked for the Greatest Generation, it can work for us.  A chicken wing for every plate!
  
  Buffalo Wild Wings, I have low expectations.  I know that you can't find good help for the life of you--everyone wants to get that oilfield money (with the rents they charge in this town, you pretty much have to do something oil-related).  I know that scarcity exists.  But if you run out of your namesake, expect a disappointed glare or two.

  First off.. The atmosphere was cool.. Typical of most BWW locations.
  
  But..............Please.. Please.. Please.. Buy a smoke eater.. (Google it ) The place would be so much enjoyable for everyone.. I have been to a ton of hole in the wall bars, but this one takes the cake when it comes to the amount of smoke in the air.
  
  I would think that a good management team would have noticed the common denominator amongst my fellow yelplers reviews and that this would be old hat by now.
  
  Dont get me wrong, I want the smokers to smoke all they want, but it is managements responsiblity to increase ventilation and mitigiate these issues before they run off the 50% of your customer base who doesnt smoke.
  
  I dont think myself nor my family will be going back anytime soon unless this gets taken care of.

  Slow to start but once our server got situated, she was awesome and such a sweetheart. Food was good and came out in a decent amount of time. We sat in the bar and watched the Ranger game and it was really smokey so heads up if that's a biggie for you.

  The day we were there, the grill was down so you were forced to order fried food. That really stunk. Speaking of "stinking", this place literally does. It is full out smoking allowed. Our waitress (Summer) was awesome though. Her pleasantness and attentiveness almost made up for the fact that we couldn't have grilled strips and a clean breathing environment.

  Good service, really bad salads. I normally order the grilled blackened chicken salad. It comes out black, like the title would have you believe. It came out free of seasoning at this BW3's. Additionally, my wife took our 3 year old to the restroom and an employee was smoking in the handicapped stall. Keep it classy Midland BW3's.

  Not a bad place to go if you get there at a decent time before it gets crowded. The biggest down fall is that they allow smoking inside and the ventilation system sucks. Like most places in midland the service is average at best unless you luck out and get a good waitress.

  The atmosphere is okay, a little better if your drunk... But the drinks are way overpriced, it's really loud, the food is cold, and my chicken had blood.... Need I say more.

  If you are like me, you have seen the commercials for Buffalo Wild Wings on television but have never been or seen one in your area. I was lucky enough to be in a neighborhood that had one.
  
  I came her on a Tuesday night to watch the game and have a beer. I was pretty lucky due to the cheap prices, (Tall Glass of beer for $3.50 each) and it was a Tuesday. The Tuesday special was fifty cent wings. I ordered a dozen with the honey bbq sauce.  There are over a dozen different types of sauces you could choose on your wings.
  
  The wings came out rather hot with a hint of spiciness. They were messy but really meaty. This place was much better than Wingstop.  I could have chosen the wings to be boneless but I like sucking on the bones. I did like that the wings were not breaded then fried, which was a plus.
  
  The service was attentive but the only drawback was the cigarette smoke. Smoking is allowed inside Buffalo Wild Wings, unfortunately.
  
  The beer was cold and the wings were cheap and hot, What else can you ask for.

  Well I am not changing my star rating any at this point but I was coerced to  going here again a couple of nights ago.  The only reason I am writing this is because there was a waitress there who actually gets it.  Her name is Amber and she gave me reason to believe that BWW may have a glimmer of hope.  She did all the things I would expect of a good server,  was friendly and quick with the order taking, got our first beers out quickly, made recommendations on the menu, joked with us, had a great personality, kept the beers coming,  kept the table clean and actually treated us like we were people not just a couple of mouths shoving a bunch of food and beer in our pie holes (which we were, but you get the point).
  
  I give BWW 3.5 stars when Amanda is there... 5 for her and the 2 for the venue!!!  Ask for her if you want to be well taken care of!!
