This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to and so far, the service and the food have been excellent! Yes, the service can be a bit slow and rushed on game nights and wing special nights but I can't blame them for busting their asses trying to serve everyone! Some of the reviews I have read regarding this establishment seem a bit harsh but it's most likely because most are out-of-towners or don't know the pressure of working in a high business establishment. So if you are form out of town, don't be put off by the reviews. Try it for yourself and I guarantee that you will enjoy your time there!
Review Source:Scammed by the company. I had a brand new $25.00 gift card to use at this establishment. Brand New. As in I literally took it off the paper packaging two days ago. I went out with friends, got some food and drinks, and then got our bill. I offered my gift card and regular credit card as payment. After waiting for ten minutes, the waitress came back and said the gift card didn't work, she had tried it three or four times (maybe thats why there was no balance?). She then asked for another form of payment. I ended up putting the entire bill on my card but I am a honest dude and I know that the card was good. This place has a bad reputation in the neighborhood and I can't wait to reinforce that trend after tonight. I'm pretty sure they emptied the gift card and then told me it was empty, as I have no way of proving this type of activity on the card and am stuck with a bill. Go to any of the other establishments in the town center for business as this place is sketchy. I'm also sure the hostess was hammered by the time we got there (11 PM?) and could barely even articulate anything to us outside of "What, yeah, tables???" and "no, no, no, we're full outside". We ended up being seated outside. I'm one for neighborhood business but seriously one and all stay the hell away if you value your money, honesty, and culinary experiences.
