Dave & Buster's

Two words- FOOD POISONING.  Since the mall is about to close I guess they don't really care about things like, oh cooking chicken all the way through,  for example.  Unless you want to spend the night throwing up, don't eat there people.

WOW what happened?
This place is a BIG scam beginning to the end. They include a 16% tip no matter how many people you are and that is NOT cool, because if you are not alert you will tip them on the total amount like we did. Our server was new but when asked questions he replied "I don't know" instead of "I will find out" and no mention of gratuity included. The menu is saying "Want more? Our bartenders can make anything. Seriously. Anything. Just ask for a recommendation." Well, that statement is NOT true...we asked for a few drinks and was told they could not make those drinks. Also, the bartender by the games was not very attentive, she was more interested in entertaining a group of guys. After waiting for our drinks for a while, we asked the busboy if he could get our drinks and he did. He was very helpful and attentive. Please Dave and Buster's shape up or you will go out of business.

When here yesterday for the UYE games and happy hour - not bad.
After finding the place, I realized that I had been here once before (maybe 5 years ago) but only for the games. This time I took a look a the menu - the 1/2 priced drinks really isn't a bad deal. The buffalo wings are about what one would expect on average.  I was surprised to see that they have the calorie count listed for the meals/food. There were a few games that were new to me but for the most part it seems as though not much has changed in 5 years.  The barista/server was curteous but didn't engage in conversation unless it related to ordering.  I was surprised to the that a 16% tip was automatically added to a check for one person however my check was for a small about so it wasn't a major problem.  However, that is kinda of a shame though as I would have, without thinking about it, left more than that even though the service wasn't noteworthy.
I'm not a fan of auto-tipping.
