We aren't big on chains but we love this place. The staff is very friendly. Jake is our favorite server. The buffalo ranch wrap is our regular with unsweet tea. I get mild which has a little kick and my husband gets Mango Habanero which has big kick and flavor. Wings are great along with their original sauces. Great place for groups or to watch sports.
Review Source:I went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. At the time you seated yourself in the dining room even though they had a hostess available. She seemed rather disinterested even though there seemed to be confusion from other parties about seating.
We waited a little bit for our server to take our drink order even though he did acknowledge us as soon as we seated ourselves. He seemed confused by what I ordered for my drink and even had to come back to the table for me to show him in the menu what it was. Â When our drinks finally made it to the table he took our order. We ordered chips and salsa which was okay. Nothing special but the chips seemed fairly fresh and the salsa had good flavor. For our meals I ordered the wings and ribs. On the wings I ordered the asian sauce which was a good combination of spicy/sweet. The ribs were cooked well but you could tell they weren't cut then and there. My husband ordered a burger and fries that he said were very tasty and the burger was a really good size.
I have had takeout from here a few times and have been satisfied each time. This was our first dine-in experience here. Not sure if I will go back. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't as good as it could have been either.
I've been here about four times and have never heard of 45 cent wing Tuesdays.
You get to choose from 14 different flavors at portions of 6 wings. See photo for some photos of the different flavors.
- Caribbean Jerk: Full flavor and decent kick
- Asian Zing: My favorite. Has the same amount of kick as the Jerk but more sweet.
- Honey BBQ: sweet and similar to the Asian Zing without the kick
- Spicy Garlic: did not get a chance to try this
- Hot BBQ: did not get a chance to try this but my buddy said it wasn't hot at all. After he tried the mango habanero followed by the hot bbq, he said the hot bbq was spicy. My guess is that you need the mango habanero to kick start your taste buds haha
- Mango Habanero: had a hint of mango flavor. I was expecting a bigger fire in my mouth but it was moderate. I only ate one though, I'm sure if you ate 6, your mouth would be on fire.
Service was great. The manager came around asking if everything was fine. The waitress came by with a new glasses of water before we were halfway done with our original glass. There is plenty of space between the next tables and plenty of elbow room at each individual table.
There is a small section of arcade games as well as table games (I did not get a chance to play with either). There are ALOT of TVs all around as well as at least 2 projectors broadcasting various sport games. There is also a full bar and full menu if wings isn't your thing.
I wish this BWW was in NJ. There is one close to me in NJ, but this one is better. The building is great, with vaulted ceilings and oversized projection  tv's.
As for the food .. it's wings and more wings.. And they're good .. with nearly 20 sauces to chose from. Â The ribs are good too.
As for drinks .. it's beer and more beer .. although the wine is ok.
Great place for football .. and March madness, etc. Spring training is underway .. so there is another reason to "hang out" at BWW.
The reason why I am down grading this establishment is because of their lack of intelligence.  The last five times I was there, I ordered my wings "wet".  Each time I got them they were bone dry, BONE DRY!  I think that they do this on purpose so one would buy their sauces in  the jar to make them wet yourself.  I for one, am NOT going to do that!!! Â
So Buffalo Wild Wings you have lost a once a week customers (about $25/week +tips) because you are just either too damn stupid to know what a "wet" wing is (especially since you run a wing establishment) OR you are just too damn greedy and ignore customers requests so they buy more. Â One thing is for sure, you dont serve your wings wet on purpose, I dont know what exactly that purpose is, but if I frequent an establishment and they ignore the customers request EVERY time, well.... you suck and I recommend everyone else to go to the Sports Page or Wings and Weenies (Which is right down the road from BWW - and its a local establishment (SUPPORT LOCAL!!))
The cook must have called it in, or the new guys work the lunch shift this past Monday. My Black and blue burger was WAYY overcooked. My girlfriends boneless wings were divorced from the sauce. Seriously a wing place, that can't sauce the wings? How does that happen. The pulled pork sliders were real bad, unless you like the overcooked thing? The best part of our visit was playing trivia in our booth while waiting for that mess....I'll still visit the Chicago locations.
