Mediocrity at its finest; on display here. Â I ordered a wrap that was scheduled to arrive filled with meat, cheese, sauce, and other delicious innards, but the item delivered had a stunning lack of all those things and was instead about 80% lettuce. Â This BWW also suffers from the classic disappearing waitress/bartender. Â But in her absence, I was able to hear and observe no less than 9 employees who had huddled together to complain about one of the patrons. Â Professionalism at this place could really use a shot in the arm.
Review Source:Ohmygod. Don't go here.
BW3's used to have two things going for it:
1. They had this awesome buffalo chicken wrap that was served with cheese and ranch sauce.
2. They would put any sports game on the TV if you just asked.
Now, the piece of crap buffalo chicken wrap doesn't get a side of ranch and I don't even think they put cheese on it. It pretty much blows---especially since it's like 7.95.
And as for the TV situation, that's just bullshit. I went once with my boyfriend to finish watching a Flyers hockey game during the playoffs. We asked the waitress to turn one of the TVs to that particular station. She said she had to get the manager to do it. After 25 minutes (in which time we completely finished our vomitty food), some fat heifer finally shows up to change the channel.
So, we were pacified....for about 3 minutes. Some balding clubbin' type dude that looks like he didn't even have a high school education  asked this heifer to change the channel to the NFL draft EVEN THOUGH 5 OTHER TVs HAD IT ON! Since she was a fat hairy bitch that wanted to get in this dude's pants, she turned our one TV back on the to the crappity draft.
Also, everyone knows their wings suck.
I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings outside of Munster Indiana. Â I think it is general knowledge that they have over priced food, so you would think they would focus on the experience. Â
The greeter looked angry to have to deal with us, the waitress got us drinks and did not return for 25 minutes. Â We were not drinking alcohol. Â The soda was watered down, and they insisted we pay for it anyway even though we had ordered $50 worth of food. Â We had not received our food yet after waiting 45 minutes in a half empty restaurant so we paid for the drinks and left. Â The manager came after us screaming, saying the food had been ready and we had to pay for it. Â She got the wait staff to barricade us in the restaurant. She screamed at us for a good 5 minutes. She called the police and said "you will pay or you will be arrested and you will go to jail!"
5 police cars showed up, a clear sign that she had over exaggerated the situation. Â We talked to the police and they told the manager she had no right to stop us from leaving, and that diners can leave if they are unhappy with their service and no food has been eaten.
I know this sounds too crazy to be true, but it is.
We called the restaurant later that night & spoke with the general manager who did little to rectify the situation. Â
The website doesn't have a customer service number, email address, or address which is a sign to me that they just don't care.
There are too many places to get wings for less and have a better time. Â It just doesn't make sense to go there, unless it is the only bar in your town.
