This burger joint is part of Planet Wings & shares the store front but it's actually a separate business, I think!
Stopped in for dinner with my wife and immediately we couldn't help but compare it to Five Guys. I have to be honest and say it's a close call but I think I prefer Burger Boyz. Although I thought the burgers were a bit small it wasn't greasy. Burger tasted like homemade burger and the fries were really good.
For the price I'm definitely going back for my burger fix. Â Staff brings your food to the table for you as a courtesy but there is no formal table service at this spot. Â I try to be stingy with my 5 star ratings but damn I'm still thinking about that burger, even though it was small, it was pretty damn good and the fries were really great too.
After reading Catherine's review, I just had to comment. We love the meat stromboli at Burger Boyz! Â It's reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. While I have never tried the turkey burger (I wouldn't admit it if I had) I do like their beef burgers very much. The fries are great, made from fresh (not frozen) potatoes.
The food is reliably good, the place is spotless and the prices are reasonable. One of the best local dining options for eat-in or take-out.
