Mama Theresa's Pizza

I happened to be working in the area. All the way up in New Windsor? I'm as blind as blind gets up there. I had no idea what to do, where to go. All the places I was looking at on Yelp had a maximum of 5 reviews. I was starving and all alone. It felt like I wasn't going to survive the trip and I had no solution to my hunger problem.

And then one of my coworkers was all like, "bro, you're up in new windsor, it's time to go to Mama Theresa's!". So we packed our bags and on our way back to NYC, decided to stop here for food.

I didn't know what to expect coming here. Would I be blown away? Would it just be another meh pizza stop and my solution for hunger in New Windsor effectively be spoiled? Or this, or that, or this...

Well, I was blown away.

First off, the pizza is fantastic. I don't think you're going to find anything better in this area. My coworker told me that this place has like, a total monopoly on the whole pizza regime around these crazy parts.

The staff is super nice. I kind of had forgotten how friendly people could be. Very attentive, they had the time to make discussion with you, the whole nine yards.

Highly recommended if you find yourself up this way.

When I moved into the area, this was the place that was recommended by many of the people.  Since I have been here over a year, this is my go to place not just for pizza, however also for a nice quick romantic dinner with my wife.  The quality of the food is unmatched and you can tell the ingredients they use are top notch.  Every time I go in, I never leave unhappy.  The specialty pizzas are amazing, which is what you expect, however their original pizzas, the grandmothers pizza, the Neapolitan pizza are all amazing and they are simple ingredients.  If you do not want pizza, the Christine's Pasta or Penne with Chicken will delight your taste buds.   The house balsamic dressing is absolutely delicious, so if you get a pasta dish make sure you request that.  I love to come in here and order from these guys because I know what i will get every time and every person that has had their food, has said the same.  I will continue to enjoy their delicious food.!!!!

Mama Theresa's is incredible.

    I would like to start by pointing out that the staff here are top-notch. The ordering process is comfortably informal. There is a healthy camraderie amongst the visible employees. MT's has a real nice group @ the counter and working delivery.

    The interior is rather satisfying to take in. There is somewhat of a rarely attained feat accomplished: wherein the counter area has a real street smart and handsome look, whilst the dining area maintains a classy and cultured look. I am very impressed.

    The food is great. @ my last visit, I ordered a Neopolitan brick oven pie and a personal stromboli. I had every intention of putting Mama Theresa head-to-head against my own mother's neopolitan fried pizza and stromboli. Of course you can't expect someone to throw their own mama under the bus, but Mama Theresa came pretty close. I really really liked the pizza and stromboli. I give them both a 9.9 out of 10.

    I plan on getting deeper into the menu at every chance I  get.
