Can you say undercooked eggplant?  Great because that was my LAST experience with this place.  An Italian restaurant should know how to cook eggplant parm.  They were pretty decent when they were Napolis but the service was terrible, now it's just terrible.   Won't be back...

This place started out great over the last four years it has gone so far down hill its actually frightening. The servers are below subpar and change often, except for a hefty blonde with a sour look on her face at all times. So let's recap the last four visits to this establishment. First party for my brother the day before he was deployed waitress forgot our appetizers completely, two dishes were sent back and I had order a mexican style salad that was supposed to have black beans corn tomatoes and avacado came out with a mound of refried beans guacamole and sour cream. I was disgusting. Then my fiance and stopped in to order two burgers and grab a drink or two at 9 (they close at 10) after placing our order we were asked to get our drinks and pay our bill, to boot my wine was terrible and his beer tasted like the lines had never been run or cleaned for that matter. The burgers were good, ill give them that. Then the 3rd encounter he and I went in for dinner early on Sunday and ordered 2 zuppe de pecs fra diavolo. The salads came out with out pastas, which had no spice. When we brought it to the servers attention she argued with us, also id like to mention more than half of the mussels and clams were not open n the dishes. And the last straw last night, I ordered a house salad with blackened chicken, avacado and balsamic dressing for pick up and a grilled chicken sandwich with seet potatoe fries and a side of honey mustard for my fiance. Drove it twenty to his job because was working late to find that they botched the whole order. I am pregnant and have been advised to stay away from salty foods soft cheese and a mllion other things. I open our food. My salad is covered in blue cheese crumbles, bacon, and black olives, the chicken was not blackened and they gave me blue cheese dressing. My fiances sandwich on the other hand had blackened chicken when it was supposed to be plain regular fries and no honey mustard. I called to speak with a manager the person the phone said she was the manager "tonight" and stated that the order was not placed correctly, offered no solution. So I dumped my salad and will never set foot in that place again!

I'll give this place one star. I used to eat here quite often as they are next door. Over the last few years the food quality has really taken a nose dive. In addition the service is terrible. I used to order a cheeseburger to go and ask to have it well done. I would get it home and it would be medium rare at best every time.   One evening recently I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a pasta dish for pick up as I didn't have time to it and wait.   I went to the restaurant and they clearly lost my order. Rather than be honest with me and tell me my order was lost, the manager lied and told me it would be a few minutes as it was still cooking, he then proceeded to go back to the kitchen and loudly instruct them to throw my order together. I will never go there again.  Any other diner in the area is a way better choice and the food will be markedly better.
