Ella's Bellas

Wish I lived closer! Recently I started to eat GF due to health concerns which tends to put a damper on what snacks I get to eat when I go out. Luckily, a friend of mine lives in Beacon and stopped at Ella's Bellas on her way to a party last week. She brought an amazing pie made with a chocolate chip crust and filled with a rich chocolate fudge. I had to ask if it really was GF when I took a bite because it was absolutely, sinfully delicious. The only thing that would have made the pie better would have been if we'd had the foresight to pick up ice cream! Everyone at the party devoured the pie and added Ella's to their favorites list. I'm definitely going to be stopping by the next time I'm anywhere near Beacon.

I have NEVER had anything that wasn't BEYOND DELICIOUS!!!!

Salads, soups, and OMG THE BAKINGS!! Awesome Scones, Bread Puddings, Tarts, bread..... :-) :-) :-P

As if the food wasn't enough, EVERYONE that works at Ella's is friendly, happy to help & suggest and just wonderful. :-)

Clearly enough good things can not be said about this gem in Beacon!!!!

This place is very warm, friendly and inviting. They display everything beautifully; you will want to try one of everything. I especially love the soups as a quick lunch to go.
