I've gotta admit, I was pretty "jazzed" about the Freestyle Coke machines that this place has when I first tried 'em, but after a few more visits, the novelty has certainly worn thin.
Also... after reading another person's review for this place, I'd say that they have a "quality control" problem at this particular location. Â The last time I was there (to take advantage of BK's BOGO Chicken Sandwich offer), I asked for a Chicken Club and the Italian Chicken. Â Well... first thing was, the girl behind the counter offered up my tray with ONLY ONE chicken sandwich on it??!! Â WTF?? Â I knew THAT was wrong right away... although at first I questioned if that was even MY order? Â I don't understand why the employees at this place don't just call out the ORDER NUMBER when saying that an order is ready. Â I don't get it? Â Instead they just start rattling off the items that you've ordered. Â How silly is that? Â It would be SO MUCH MORE EASY to just say "ORDER 251", instead of "Chicken Sandwich, Onion Rings, etc...". Â That is just SO STUPID! Â Who the heck thought that THAT would be a good way of doing things? Â Here Burger King goes to all this trouble printing out receipts with order numbers printed right on the top of the slip (so everyone can EASILY read it), and you're NOT EVEN going to use it??? Â Naaa... let's do things the HARD way and call out individual items ordered... that'll work just fine, yep.......... NOPE!!
So.... anyway, after correcting the girl (to actually get my TWO chicken sandwiches), I take my tray to a table only to find out that my Italian Chicken Sandwich has just about NO marinara sauce on it! Â I mean, it's like the smallest amount of sauce that I have EVER seen on a sandwich (literally)! Â It was a joke!! Â There was such a lack of sauce that the bun had actually "sucked" it all up, to the point of there being no more sauce (except for what the bun "ate", friggin' lucky bun). Â So... I took it back up to the counter to have 'em fix it (and they did), but even the employee working the register made a comment about how "sad" my sandwich looked (with hardly ANY sauce).
Then, on a previous visit, after ordering a Whopper Combo meal, my Whopper was VERY average and quite dry. Â I mean, c'mon people... the Whopper is BK's signature burger and if you can't even do a good job making one of those, then you have PROBLEMS. Â So, YES... this place has problems! Â
And THEN... back on my very FIRST visit to this location, I had ordered the BK Chef's Choice Burger only to get this "burger-thing" with no bacon and hardly ANY OTHER toppings (so, it was obviously made incorrectly). Â I had to take THAT back up to the counter as well to finally get a properly made sandwich. Â So... if you're keeping track... that's THREE STRIKES, and you know what that means!
Maybe this place has a large number of "NEW" employees (being a somewhat new location and all), but still... that's NO EXCUSE for poor quality. Â If you're looking for some DECENT BK food, I'd suggest trying elsewhere...
